I was extremely happy with Adis the technician. He came out to my home very quickly and was able to resolve my issue immediately. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He was extremely helpful and polite. If I have an issue in the future. I will be definitely requesting him to return. They are also responsible on there prices. I was very satisfied with Adis work. There should be more works like him. Thank you for your help. Grateful appreciated! Wishing him nothing but the best and hopefully a good promotion in near future.

Fast professional service from start to finish. A quick phone call to Billfish Air connected us to Samantha who was fantastic. She listened to our concerns and was able to help pinpoint the service that we needed. She scheduled us and our technician Adis arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly, he explained everything that needed to be done and gave us an honest estimate. We decided to proceed with the work and he was able to get my A/C running in no time. Thank you all for a great experience and customer service.

We just moved into our home two days ago… And the air conditioner went out on Sunday afternoon… I called Billfish as they have 24 hours service… James was here within 30 minutes and had it up and running In an hour!!! He was so knowledgeable and thorough. We will be using billfish from here on out!!! Highly recommend!!!

My first time using Billfish A/C and I’m totally impressed! Samantha was polite and extremely knowledgeable on the initial call and was able to sent a tech in 90 minutes. Maui the tech was very pleasant, analyzed the problem, explained the issue, and fixed it immediately for a reasonable price without attempting to sell anything extra. I highly recommend Billfish A/C and will be signing up for their service contract. True professionals!

I had low freon and a bad capacitor, but Erik came at the last minute diagnosed my problems and got my A/C working again. He had all the parts and diagnostic equipment required. I would strongly recommend using Billfish Air Conditioning for your A/C issues. They saved the day!

Called on a Sunday and they had Ivan come out in about an hour. He was very professional and easy going. Explained everything in great detail. Fixed my capacitor in a half hour maybe even less. I definitely recommend if you’re ever in a pinch situation like I was.

Technician showed up on time, was thorough, explained a few things, answered my questions to ensure I understood the issues, and was courteous and efficient

The best service we had from the company was today's visit. The technician Faustino was very professional he performed a good job checking all the AC units on the property. We never had a maintenance service like this one before.

We had a fantastic experience with Billfish Air Conditioning. We found them through the Gardens Living Magazine. Our air conditioning system completely stopped working and we knew it was time for it to be replaced. We called Billfish on Wednesday, July 3rd and Ed Smith, the Service Manager, came to the house right away. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered my husband’s multiple questions. Ed provided a competitive estimate (we had gotten 3 from other companies at the end of the previous yr) and was able to get our old system to limp along prior to the new system installation.

We were able to get our new system installed on Friday, July 5th. Faustino and his son arrived for the installation as scheduled and put down drop cloths before starting any work. Ed also stopped by to make sure that everything was going well and that we were satisfied with the process. Everything was left clean at the end of the process.

Our system is working great, and we are very happy with the service that the entire Billfish team provided.

We’ve used billfish air for multiple commercial installations, repairs, and now are using them for maintenance. Incredible and professional service. Top-notch and pristine work.

I called Billfish for an emergency call. The staff at the office are kind, knowledgeable and understanding, attempting to diagnose the issue over the phone first and also helping to prevent any damage to the unit. When the tech arrived, it was after hours and he was also kind, and very knowledgeable. I had just moved in to this home and didn’t know much about the maintenance of the system. He diagnosed the issue, had parts on hand, and was gentle about different ways to bandaid or fix the problem given the cost of the parts I needed.

I chose to fix it and also signed up for a maintenance agreement to ensure this doesn’t happen again. When he left I received photo and video documentation of all that was done and that the unit was in working order. I highly recommend. They are very communicative and respond quickly. They are also very patient and you get a text with a photo of your serviceman before they arrive.

I’m astounded by the great customer service from your company! Called on New Year’s Day with an AC problem - quick callback after leaving a message, same day service offered, opted for today. Received notification of arrival time - arrived on time! Professional, pleasant - Daniel Rodriquez - an excellent representative for your company! Lewis was excellent in explaining my needs. The warranty he offered was exceptional. Also, while here, he fixed my AC!! Definite plus when making my final decision to replace my pool heater. He definitely went above and beyond!

AC Lost power it was determined that the Drain line was blocked. Installed EF flow, automated chemical drain line treatment system. Technician James C. Was excellent in every aspect of his work. James not only installed the iflo System he made sure the AC unit was operating at peak efficiency.

Billfish is a excellent company - they have serviced our ac system for years. Their prices are reasonable and their service is prompt. They do an excellent job of keeping the customer updated.
