We needed to replace our air conditioning located in the attic. The time quoted to complete the job was estimated to take 12 hours.
They were able to finish sooner. I can't say enough about the installers . They were polite and very professional. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and the speed it was completed.

When your AC goes out on a hot day it could be a nightmare. Not with Sharkey Air. I contacted them on a weekend and they offered to come out that day. when all was done we replaced two units and the people were great. Job well done at a fair price. I highly recommend them

He was very professional I called him and told him what my central air unit was doing and he told me that he knows exactly what the problem was and he came shortly after and fix my A/C and it’s blowing like Antarctica in this house. This a/c company is the best that we have used over the last 40 years. We asked them to conduct a service call and they were on site the same day. They fixed a minor problem due to diagnosing the problem correctly in a timely manner. This is rare these days. Thank you

Sharkey Air is great! They show up when they say they will. I've used them 3 times so far. They serviced my AC and cleaned all the duct work in my house. The technician was friendly and good at educating me on the physics of my system. He was thorough and professional. Everyone at this company has been great. The girl who answers phones too is on top of everything and super friendly! I was using a different AC company before, but after my experience with Sharkey Air I've become a loyal Sharkey Customer!!

Hi this is TJ a mobile mechanic in the Polk county area the owner of this company Kevin Sharky seemed to be a decent gentleman at first. I got him on the road quickly and then went and diagnosed his issue and I fixed the problem. Everything was fine and then he calls me about 1 1/2 months later in a panic on a Saturday saying “my brakes won’t release I need you to come look at it”. I explained I’m in another job I can’t make it until later tonight and his response was all upset “you can’t leave me out here TJ”. I wasn’t I just couldn’t make it by the time he wanted me to. He calls some other guys they steal $300-$450 from him acted like they diagnosed it and chalked it up to the part I changed was faulty. Because he told them I just changed it so easy money right? He tells me we have to get a new part and exchange it mind you the place is almost a hour from me and I’m 20 minutes from where he’s located. I put two and two together. So we set a day for me to come look at it. He blows me off two days before so I lost ateo jobs I could have done because of it and then he called me in like we’d Thursday three different times telling me he was going to be there this weekend so to come like I don’t work on his time. I have other things lined up already that late in the week then I told him because I didn’t want to deal with him anymore to just go to a shop and get it checked out he says ok and about a week maybe two later he messaged me again son a Thursday saying he would be there that weekend even tho I told him to call me the weekend or Monday latest to set up the appointment . Honestly After I changed that part and it drove to Stewart and back to river ranch a few times my job was done I don’t have to come back and look at it I was being nice. Then I see a bad review months later from this guy Kevin sharky owner of this company. He’s leaving a bad review because I decided not to deal with him anymore but hey like I always say people show there real colors when things don’t go there way. If you are going to use this guy just be careful he will yes you to death and nice and then constantly bagger you. Thanks for reading

I was called at 8:30am 10/01 and told to take down my bad review or they would not complete the work scheduled today. So now I have a broken AC unit in 90 degree heat.

I have a unit purchased in 5/2020 that has been nothing but a money pit. I have asked for a new unit under Florida's Lemon Law, but have been refused. In just over 4 years, I have had Sharkey Air out 7 times to repair the unit. The repairs on "warranted" parts have cost me over $2000. Oh, and they do not have an email address to contact them.

WOW!! Great service from the Sharkey Air team. My home AC died on Friday evening, I left a voice mail figuring I would get a call back Monday morning. Less than an hour later Anthony called and Brian the service tech was at my house in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my compressor, 10 years old was fried. Tuesday I had a brand new unit installed. Thank you Kevin Sharkey and team for the excellent service.

Highest marks to their office and tech staff! I have been a Sharky Air customer for a long time but never had a problem so my dealings were scheduled jservice calls. While I was away on vacation I had a major problem with my AC and had a guest staying at my house. I called Sharkey and not only did they respond that day to diagnose the problem but also brought a room air conditioner for my guest room so my guest was comfortable while they repaired the problem. I had a different problem 2 weeks later and again, same day service. Not easy to find response like that from companies! Thiis air conditioner is only 4 years old so I was ready for battle. I didn't need to battle. I recommend them to anybody.

I have nothing but positive remarks regarding Sonya and the team at Sharkey Air. I love when I call during regular hours someone promptly answers the phone and I'm not sent to an answering service. Nothing is more frustrating than calling a business, leaving a message with an answering service and then having to wait for them to call you back when your AC doesn't work and you're hot. Everyone I've worked with at Sharkey Air has been pleasant, clean, and TIMELY. They show up when they say they will show up and do the job that they have promised. When our AC motor failed and the replacement motor was on back order they placed a temp motor so we could remain cool. When the temp motor went on the fritz, they came back out and fixed it and also left a temp portable AC unit for us to use in the event the motor failed again. When our back ordered motor finally arrived, they called us immediately and was able to schedule an appointment for the install the very next day. Their prices are fair as well. I look forward to Sharkey Air remaining in business for a very long time . They have my support.
