Today Sonya helped by arranging for Bob to come out and see why our A/C stopped working shortly after Hurricane Milton. I didn't expect to get an appointment the same morning I called but Sonya made that happen. Bob arrived right on time, identified the problem, fixed it, and reset the thermostat. He explained what he was finding and what he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently yet he always remained responsive and friendly. Best of all I was able to start enjoying cool A/C right away. Bob and Sonya are true assets to Sharkey Air. Sharkey Air is the best!
