I have worked with Two Anchors Plumbing twice in the past few months.Tom responded immediately to my inquiry about the job I needed help with and after evaluating the project, ordered the parts necessary and promptly scheduled. He is polite, courteous, pleasant to converse with, honest and fair, extremely knowledgeable, and his work is professional and meticulous. I also appreciated the time he took to explain things to me. I can't make enough positive comments about the company and Tom. I highly recommend this company and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Don't use plumbers that don't provide an hourly rate. This firm doesn't provide any information until the service call at which time you get a "budgetary" price based upon their "book" pricing. Always use BBB rated firms that provide transparent pricing!

This place was a complete disaster. Recommended by a tiling contractor Called 2 weeks in advance to schedule work. Called the day before and they couldn’t find a record or appointment. Promised to come out 2 days later then the owner, Jim, tells me they can’t come then and was not sure they could do the drain. I ended up using a different company

Your team is incredible. So hard to find a decent plumber in this town and you guys responded quickly. Rob was not only professional, he was very detailed and clean with his work. He found and fixed leak in my bathroom wall, AND installed all my new plumbing in my kitchen in only a couple hours. Amazing!

I have been a customer of Plumbing by Bishop since 2011. Until this last visit, they have been my “go to” company.
I called for a repair and diagnosis of two leaks. They came and were on time as usual.
On Monday my kitchen leak was worse. I called for help and was told the technician would call me back. That never happened and the leak was so bad, it fried my iPad.
Another call and no response.
This is after I paid $400 for repair.
I had to get another company I Need the Plumber to come out.
Fast forward- I needed new valves not cartridges.
Plumbing By Bishop is a complete disappointment. What happened to them I do not know.
No call back, no responsibility of my problem, wrong diagnosis.
Steer clear of this business.

Jim and Annie were extremely helpful in solving our dilemma of disconnecting a tall water heater tank so that a repair on an a/c unit behind it could be done. They were quick to reconnect it with our complicated schedule. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Very pleased.

Robert has done several plumbing jobs in my home and always professional and understands customers needs. He listens and answers any questions you have. Never rushes the job. He does it right the first time. I have never needed to call him back which is a plus in my book. He cleans up well too. My hats off to Rob and I give him a 10

Find it very strange you are charged with the plumbers time traveling to you ? Never heard of such a thing 🤷🏻‍♂️ Did a good job but very expensive with that extra $ for a travel charge. Will not use again.

Don’t use this shady company!! They are so over priced I can’t even believe it, they came out and replaced my shower valve that I was in desperation to be fixed because it was a Holliday weekend and they price gouged me!! It Cost me $2000.00 !! What joke! The guys name was Jr. BEWARE!!!!’ It took about 2 hours to fix … $1000.00 per hour. I called the office to see if I can get some kind of rebate and they said this is a normal price for the job done .

Elite Plumbing Solutions was top-notch from start to finish. What a pleasure to work with a professionally run business. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and on time. The installers were thorough and very cautious of Mom's house with the removal and installation of her water heater. Thank you so much. We definitely recommend these folks!

The tech Jason came out to replace some plastic tubing to update for my parents homeowners insurance. He also found a leak and repaired. Jason was very polite and professional. Definitely recommend their services.
