Have used Master Plumbing for many years and depend upon and trust Paul and the team. We often call a plumber when we have an urgent need and have unrealistic expectations that every other emergency should accommodate our need. I know Master Plumbing does a great service in managing that, but you cannot please all the people all the time. They have never disappointed me and been direct in all dealings. I recommend using Master Plumbing.

Honest Plumber. I called them on a recommendation from a neighbor to fix a sewer line. The plumber, who was very courteous, came within an hour, spent about a half hour looking at the problem and told me that the line was plugged and that they did not have the equipment to ream out the plugged line that long as a prerequisite to fixing the clean out. They did not charge me for the visit because they could not fix the problem and then recommended another company. It is nice to have honest plumbers in our area. I would highly recommend them.

We called to see about getting ADA approved toilets installed in our house. In less than 15 minutes the owner of the company called back with the price for the job and said that if we would like, he could order the toilets and install them the next day. That didn't work for our schedule so we gave the "go" for a couple of days later. The two installers, John and Joe, came on time, were very efficient, friendly, courteous, got the job done and finished on time.
Then, we showed them another issue with a kitchen faucet, (outside the initial scope or work) they left, got the parts they needed, and returned right away and took care of it.
Wouldn't call anyone else!

I've used this company several times. They jetted my drain lines and had them working great. Have always had great service. Highly recommended!

Have used them before. This time they said someone would be at my home between 8 and 9 a.m. At 10, we called and the woman said she would check and call us back. At 11, we called again and the man, presumably the owner, said “well, she lies” and someone called in and ... and yes we should probably call someone else. Will never call again!!!

SOOO RUDE! And unprofessional. I called made an appointment for the next morning. No one ever showed I called back they said they had an emergency and can’t come. So they said they would come the following day. I HAVE NO WATER AT ALL! For 4 DAYS! I call the next day to confirm they are coming the lady says “I’ll check and call you back” like what?!? She calls back and is like “yeah we can’t come” it will be next week maybe. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I explained to her I have no water for days because of this and all she said was “have a good day” and hung up. I am in disbelief and so upset.

Aetna plumbing did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. They showed up on time and the plumber who did the work was professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

This company is the warranty service provider for AO Smith water heaters sold by Lowes. I was given their name by AO Smith along with a claim number so they could get paid. I live 14.9 miles away from them and they refused to come out. If they dont want to except what Ao Smith pays them they should get off there list. I work and live within there service area and will see that no one uses this company as they cant be counted on as reliable. i now have to wait a week for a national company to come out.

Horrible experience from this business! A real life 3 Stooges act! AO Smith hot water heater warranty repair from Lowe’s, authorized repair shop. They never showed, never called. Blew me off twice for appointments. I’m shocked the manufacturer and Lowes allow their good names to be associated with this comedy act! Stay clear of this business unless you enjoy being disappointed.

Showed up late. Told me the same thing I had told them about my water heater over the phone. They told me only a plumber could get a replacement authorization from the manufacturer which is not true. And then told me to pay them 125$ for coming out and doing nothing and providing no new information. Then called me two weeks later demanding money. There are better plumbing companies in the area.

I work for a roofing contractor, and one of our crewmembers accidentally broke a water main going into a customer’s house. They were completely without water right in the middle of the day. Marge at Aetna dispatched their technician Mike right away. He was there within an hour and did a bang up job. All for a great price. Thanks so much everyone at Aetna!

Had a great experience. They were knowledgable, installed a massive commercial heater for us, & seemed like honest people.

Customer beware!!! Do not use this company!! First of all the plumber Mike showed up 2hours late, we had him install 2 water filtration systems in our home, he was very unprofessional, he smelled so bad of smoke, he talked the whole time and did such a sloppy job and left us with a leak under our sink! We called and he came back out to fix it spent 4hours and next day it leaked again. I called the office and they were so rude and didn't believe me that it was leaking again and brushed me off and said the had to go because he was getting another call! Very sad about our horrible experience and treatment and would never use them again!!
