Allure Plumbing was awesome. They were responsive (even on a weekend), friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to refer Tom and his team to anyone!!

My water pump was not working and I called Allore's at about 8:00 AM and by 11:00 AM my water was restored. Exceptional service and John the service guy did not try sell me expensive unnecessary parts. I am sold on these guys.

Making the appointment was easy, the estimated cost of services was presented clearly. the date and time given was adhered to -- all great plusses.... called the day before to confirm and again in the AM with the arrival time. Edgar and Jay were able to explain what they were doing & why in a clear and concise manner. Clean. neat, on time, quick and professional.

I was very lucky to get the right company on the first call i made. John and his assistant came and fixed my water pressure in a flash. They were so nice and knowledgeable. Once again Allore's Plumbing saved me!! I had a nasty leak under my kitchen sink which I found this morning while l was packing up to go camping. We sent an e-mail requesting information on replacement of a water heater and shut off valves - they responded promptly He followed up by contacting us near the date when we said we'd be in town We made an appointment for an estimate - he showed up on time. Estimate was accurate - both the amount and the time the job would take. Workmanship was great - left the area as clean as it was when they arrived

Tom was great! He answered his phone right away when we needed him and came right over to our house to fix the leak under our sink. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job! Would highly recommend this business!

Tom showed up this morning to resolve a backed up sewer problem and quickly diagnosed the problem, dug out the pipe, repaired it professionally and left the site clean. I was most pleasantly surprised at the reasonable bill for the whole job.
I highly recommend Allore"s Plumbing and will use no other in the future.

Excellent job! They installed 2 faucets & then an entire water softening system - they do it right the first time & reasonably priced too! Came right out and took care of everything. Don't bother calling the other plumbers in town - save your time & money and call Allore's!

Excellent service! John was at my house by 8:30 am on a Sunday to replace my well pump. He worked quickly and neatly and the price was more than fair for a Sunday, let alone Father's day. We have a vacation home in Jensen Beach and 10 hours after beginning our vacation, we found ourselves without water and no idea who to call. Based on all the good reviews of this company, we called them. One hour later Edgar showed up at our home and the problem was fixed within an hour!!! Pricing was good and service was great!!! Called after hours for an emergency. My water heater was leaking badly and I knew I'd wind up with water damage if it didn't get repaired right away. Allore's Plumbing to the rescue. Woke up to a broken water heater on a bright and early Friday morning. Called around to a couple of places and didn't hear back from anyone. 2 pm rolls around, I call Allore's. What an amazing company! Got a response right away from Mr.Allore. He said he would be over in no time to check on our water heater. He arrived, did a full inspection, showed my husband and I exactly what was the issue. We needed a replacement, and we needed something better. Mr.Allore had a ton of knowledge and helped us pick the perfect heater for our needs- and its energy efficient! A couple of hours later, our new water heater was installed. The price was more than fair, the work was excellent. While he was working in our house he gave us some tips and tricks and more Information on how we can better our plumbing in general. I would not hesitate to call on Allore's in the future for any of my plumbing or water heating needs. If you want fast service, fair prices, excellent work, and impeccable customer service from a family run business, then Allore's is the only company you should be calling for your plumbing needs. My well pump stopped priming and I called Allore's Plumbing, who has an answering service. The owner returned my call within 15 minutes and I was set up with an appointment the next day. Edgar showed up on time and methodically tested various parts of my well pump before concluding that the pump was able to hold its prime. It turns out the pump was burned out because the previous owner of my house installed the wrong type of piping. Edgar installed a new pump and replaced the piping correctly so that this will not happen again. Edgar was extremely professional, friendly, and was eager to explain and show me the exact problem and WHY he wanted to replace certain parts in different ways. He gave me options and was up front about the price. The cost was not cheap, but it was very fair, given the extremely meticulous and quality work that was done. I will absolutely use Allore's Plumbing again and would recommend them to anybody.

Tom Allore is great. I called him in a panic on 3 separate occasions, and he fit me in every single time. Was finally able to thank him properly when it was time for a new hot water heater. As always, his charges were more than reasonable and the work was expertly done.
