Great company. Great people. I had water leak on the main water line. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Amy. She was great, very nice and very helpful. She sent Matt out the same day and he gave me a quote. Matt came back the next morning to do the job. He was excellent. Very professional, new exactly what he was doing and fixed my issue. I will defiantly use them again. Thank you.

Nick was our technician showed up as promised within the hour agreed upon. He was polite and and pleasant to talk to. He asked questions, I explained our proble
and then went right to work. He quickly accessed the situation and fix our issue. No problems. Very fast and professional I would recommend General to friends and neighbors. Thank you! You guys are awesome.

To sum it up in one word. Terrible! For the amount of money that I spent, I should be happy. The problem was not fixed. It took the Technicians 2 days, and the problem still exists. One of the plumbers started saying derogatory things about another race. It's unacceptable. Never again. Save your money, and go with another company. Waste of money!!

I used General Plumbing in Jupiter I think just had phone number. I believe Tracey the secretary was amazing n courteous in getting me help immediately. The representative was Damien he was amazing. Courteous,professional,respectful of my home. I couldn’t ask for better service n team as they were. I highly recommend Damian n his crew for plumbing work. I can’t say enough.

Kenyell always shows up with a smile ready to help. He worked on a blockage for hours, even skipping lunch to make sure the work was completed.

Kenyell had to return to my house in order to install two backflows and did a wonderful job. Very thorough in his work. I highly recommend him, as well as General Plumbing, when you need plumbing work completed at your home.

I have been with General Plumbing for along time. they are the best and get the job done Tracey and Amy The best .They make you feel like family and assure you the problem will be fix that day. There is no procrastination. I would not go with anyone else.

Great service from General Plumbing. Collin fixed my two toilets that had weak flushes, replaced my old corroded shut off valve with a nice looking quarter turn valve (see pic), and fixed a leaking stem on a shower knob. I am a happy camper.

Kenyell and Dylan came this morning to repair a leaking toilet. Upon hearing the issue and doing a preliminary investigation, they immediately found the issue. All of the materials were in the truck. They fixed the issue and made sure the toilet was functioning correctly. Both gentlemen were dressed well, had their shoe coverings and offered true Red Carpet service!!!!

Always a pleasure to have service from General. Technicians are always friendly, thorough and do quality work. Office staff are also friendly and efficient to quickly dispatch and get problems solved.

No water coming from kitchen sink. It was a clogged faucet cylinder with lots of sediment. I bought the Elite Maint Plan which added to my total today but will be worth every penny with additional work to have General Plumbing do for me. Christian was my service tech. He was professional, super friendly and cleaned up any spills from the repairs. Aces!!

I had a waterline added for refrigerator and everything was open and accessible, just needed to add the line and valve to the sink pipe in that location. I asked for them to cut a pipe that was sticking out of my wall, the new range i bought did not fit because of it, but, all he had to do is unscrew gas extension pipe and screwed in a cap, (there was never any gas installed.) He did not have the water line on the truck, although when booking the appointment I asked if he would be bringing it and they said yes, he has that on the truck. He did not. He had to call around and find a place, then had to bring it back because it was the wrong size and come back again. A 20 minute job took 3 hours. He said to hold on to the extended pipe so if in the future I needed it I can use it, but he took it with him. Over $600, I feel like I was robbed and that is what he said was a discount. I was desperate and frustrated so I paid it. I would definitely not recommend this company due to high cost. The good thing about them is they came the day after I called.

I'm amazed at how much work went into replacing this water heater. The gentleman Kenyell and partner, Dylan were very polite, compassionate, understanding and funny too. They did the job and did it very well. I also have to give a shout out to the wonderful lady, Amy, in the office. Everyone was so very kind. I would use them again!!
