First time dealing with this company and they are outstanding! Anna at the office was very efficient and professional in understanding our issues & concerns with the water treatment system we got with the "new" house we bought. The tech they sent out is Andrew Lasorte and he was amazing...knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and explained things VERY clearly. We will continue to do business with this company in the future.

I was having water issues and called for an appointment. The service provided was outstanding!
The technician Belton G. Was on time, knew what he was doing and followed up with me several times while he was on site. He even called back the next day to check in and make sure I was happy with the job he completed. I will use this company for any future work I may have and I recommend them. One more thing -before he arrived on site I received a text with his picture so I knew in advance who was coming to my house. Nice touch

Wow, this team is truly Amazing and did a wonderful job at my house today, my Technician Robert M was very knowledgeable and professional during his visit while replacing my filtration water tank. He was not only puntual but ready to complete the job with love and care . I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix or replace their water or irrigation system . Andrew from Peter’s Water Treatment was knowledgeable, professional and answered all questions regarding our current water purification system. Addressed the issue and replaced filters (local company that sold us the system was unable to do this….was told I needed a new system…)

He left holes all over the yard. I did not get to see the sprinklers work. I am not happy with the job he did

Sam came out to our home and did a great job! He used some pipes to conceal electrical wires for our water purification system. Then he neatly dug them into the ground, along the wall and made sure it was not only safe but tidy - and we really appreciate that! Very nice and worked in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!

Another casualty of Private Equity….

$250 for a “tuneup”…

Find a local place ($75-150) or watch a YouTube video to do it yourself in a couple of minutes, or give your money to “Flotilla Partners” Private Equity. Personally think that would be foolish.

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve experienced across any industry. Called for an emergency repair and they took 4 days to fix the issue. Each day the technician showed up, he would work for a bit, leave with zero communication, and show up the next day only to repeat that process. To not update the homeowner on an emergency repair call seems ridiculous. Each time I asked about the cost, no answer was given. Each time he showed up and I asked what the issue is, he didn’t have the necessary parts on hand (standard size PVC couplings). Then when all is said and done, a $670 pump, some PVC couplings, and a few hours of labor are $2500. When I asked for an invoice, one was sent with no prices, only quantities. Their competitors quoted us at $2750 for an entirely new system, and somehow this relatively simple repair is $2500 alone. Avoid at all costs. If you can’t get a company to provide an itemized invoice, it’s likely because they’re marking up costs at a ridiculous margin.

I had an issue with my system. Marquis came out. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and very customer pleasing. The issue was fixed in a timely fashion, and he presented options for improving the system. I’m very pleased.

Our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened and responded to our questions and concern. We would highly recommend him and your company to our friends and anyone who may need irrigation and sprinkler repairs. It was a pleasure.

Brian’s level of support was excellent. We had experienced intermittent problems for several months. He came in with a plan to rework the install to address the problems. I appreciate his expertise, experience and effort our system back up and running.

More work to be done yet, but Marquise has been amazing. He knows his stuff, explains himself well is very personable and efficient.

Andrew has provided excellent service for both my RO maintenance and water softener. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills!
