We purchased a kitchen sink from them and it didn’t fit the place where we wanted to install it and they changed us a $300 restocking fee. We will NEVER do business with them again!

Would not return a part their salesman Carlos ordered wrong. It was a $100 part after over 2 years spending $10,000.00. Be very careful when dealing with them

This is a terrific place to buy upscale products for your home. The customer service is excellent as is the showroom. You won't find any of this merchandise in the big box stores. I would recommend then to anyone.

We were met by Tyler, who besides being young and handsome, really knows his products and is unashamedly a "toilet nerd." He discussed our concerns, his experience and made intelligent suggestions. Although we did not buy anything this time ( my husband insists on shopping anything to death) we very likely will return to EK for our purchase.

Good day, my in laws are new to Palm City and remodeling, they had spent over 7,000$ with this company and it was pure torture. (They still have 3 more bathrooms to redo and would NEVER return) the customer service is awful, you cannot get a word in. Several stories of how they couldn’t return a part because it was already “shipped” and was expected the following day…. Mind you got a call it was in a WEEK later. Tried to cancel that day to change color to gold, was told 30% fee….. (WASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET AT TIME) we would never return for services, the lady they worked with would not even let you get a word in a conversation very rude.

A friend recommended that we visit European Kitchen & Bath as we were in need of quality fixtures for a new bathroom. They have a great showroom with lots of options. Kira helped us make our selections and was so helpful and informative answering all of our questions. The new bathroom looks amazing and we thank you Kira. Stephen has a very well edited assortment of plumbing fixtures and had a calm manner is showing me options without ever pushing me towards decisions. I purchased everything through him as I knew he was giving me good advice (I was previously a senior executive for Waterworks) and that his follow-up and service would satisfy even my more urgent requirements. I am thankful for the pleasure in shopping there and enjoying these details daily in my new home. I recommend this store very highly.

At first, it was easy to book appointment online. Although, come the day of the appointment, I had to call twice to find out if they were coming. First call, they were not sure and dispatch would call me. 4 hours later, no call. So I called again, I was informed we are on schedule and I would receive a text. I received a text 30 minutes before the got to the house. I was quoted $483.00 to pump. The technician said them I would be charged a dig fee. Then they informed me they had to pressure clean. Total cost $804. Very deceiving. Not great customer service. Would not use again.
