I found Bob on line and called him to install a new faucet and reinstall a garbage disposal for a new sink that was installed with my new countertops. What I liked was that Bob came by to see what was needed the day before and gave me a fair price to do the work the next day. He showed up on time and went right to work. He shared with me what needed to be done so everything would be correct. Bob is also friendly, considerate, and cares about his work. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

Bought a house. We had two hose bibs and a service riser that needed updating. I called - he picked up right away! I explained the situation - he understood what I described. He explained what likely needed being done and we set up a time for him to stop by.

I had a broken pipe and valve inside my kitchen wall that required expertise beyond my own to repair. Based on other reviews I read, I called and spoke with Bob. This review is based on two very favorable interactions with Bob from Dylewski Plumbing.

At approximately 4pm on Christmas Eve, a valve stem supplying water to my bathroom sink started leaking badly. Thankfully, I was home and able to shut off the main waterline. Replacing the valve was easy after a quick trip to Home Depot. When I attempted to turn the water back on, the main valve stem was frozen shut.

In a panic, knowing everything would be closed for a couple days for Christmas, I attempted finding a plumber offering emergency services. I tried contacting several based on their Google listings but none returned my calls.

Bob from Dylewski Pumbling returned my call promptly and after a quick conversation, instructed me how to temporarily solve the issue, saving me hundreds of dollars. I asked him to call me after the holiday to schedule replacing the sticky valve.

On the day of the appointment he was on time, performed the repair quickly and for a reasonable price. Bob was friendly & professional.

We needed an emergency plumber and he rearranged his schedule in order to fit us in right away to install a new water heater. The old one was so rusty that it was about to burst. Hard and thorough worker!

Emergency plumbing event on a weekend and called Bob Dylewski plumbing. He gave me a quote prior to the job and was friendly, fast, clean and professional.

I had an emergency situation on Friday afternoon. Two other plumbers said they couldn’t be there until Monday(understandable). I called Bob and he was GREAT! He talked to me at length to assess the problem thoroughly. He said he would come out on Saturday at 9am which he did. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and showed me what he was doing as he did it. He completely saved my weekend as I had company coming that afternoon! I can’t recommend this local plumber enough! He knows what he’s doing and was very fair with his pricing.

Bob is a horrible non- ethical person. He wanted to charge my wife $425 for tweaking two toilets flushing systems that he spent 10 minutes on. He then “gave her a discounted price” of $350. That’s highway robbery.

Bob helped my wife an I through a massive pipe burst under our slab. He is efficient, friendly and an amazing plumber. His troubleshooting skills helped us avoid jackhammering through the floor to fix. A+++

Extremely rude. I called in asking for a quote. He told me if I sent pictures he could send me the quote over the phone. I said ok, but that if he preferred, I could just Facetime him on the spot. His answer was so rude "absolutely not!". I was just thinking that time seemed to be important to him, so I thought of Facetime just so he could see if the job is something he even wants/have time for, an innocent thought. A simple "no thanks, just photos works best for me" would have sufficed. Instead I gasped and asked again "excuse me, what did you say?" to which he replied "I said, absolutely not, no Facetime". I said "sorry, I dont think this is going to work out, bye". In less than 30 seconds I dodged working with rude and impatient people. He must have so much demand to have 5 star reviews being this rude with people asking for quotes. It is like buying coffee in NYC and getting an attitude with your coffee. Not cool. Thumbs down. Manners should be part of your trade.

reply: You answer speaks by itself. Instead of clearing it up only, you attack me judging my style of giving reviews, which shows why it is just not a good idea to work with you. Furthermore, you can answer and engage and continue on calls while you drive if you choose to, or not. It does not excuse the way you spoke with a potential client. However, see how many of YOUR negative client reviews are because you are rude? It shows you are great at your craft and not great with people.
