Jose came out and was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was, and pumped very quickly. I will be leaving the other plumbing company and sticking with Stuart Plumbing!

Plumbers arrived promptly as scheduled. This was a preview to determine the scope of the work and the cost, so there is no bill yet. I have been using Stuart Plumbing for over 40 years and they are the best in terms of service, promptness of scheduling, and reasonable pricing for the quality of the service you get. You really do get what you pay for with Stuart Plumbing. The owner, Earl Dempsey, was great, and now his son, JR, is carrying on his father‘s tradition and actually improving with the new technology available today.

Chris the plumber fixed my clogged toilet in about 15 minutes and was very nice and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the $300.00 bill and no receipt. Hope I get one in the mail.

My housesitter called me three hours ago, to tell me about a serious leak in the water line into our house. I called Stuart Plumbing, and they dispatched a plumber within about 20 minutes, and he found and repaired the leak about 4 hours after the housesitter discovered it. And the price was very reasonable.

This is an extraordinary level of service. I used to do plumbing repairs in my house, but after this experience, Stuart Plumbing will be my first call for help.

I initially called on Saturday and the company could not have been more understanding of my financial situation and because it wasn’t a pressing concern indicated that I should call back on Monday morning and see about getting service then instead of jumping on a potentially larger sale. I called back Monday morning and they were able to fit me in in a morning slot and Chris was my technician. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. He never once tried to do the more expensive fix and tried everything that he could to make sure that I felt comfortable and that my water heater was in working condition upon his departure. I will absolutely call Stuart Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs in the future. The company was also very responsive, communicated constantly, and sent a picture of my technician to make sure I knew who I was expecting. Incredibly professional and will use again. Pricing was consistent with competition.

Antime we need service at TCCA, Stuart plumbing is there and quickly. Chris came by today and repaired a water fountain. He did a great job as the water fountain had been damaged by students. Thank you Chris and Stuart Plumbing for your prompness and professionalism to handle the needs at TCCA.

We just moved into our home 3 weeks ago and had a plumbing emergency! They were great!! Got her right away and made sure everything was fixed properly and working to full capacity before they left.

Excellent service, quick repair response. Jose was professional, couteous and replaced my leaking food disposal unit quickly and even put all my cleaning products back under my sink when the repair was done. Stuart Plumbing is a great company.

Stuart Plumbing was the only company to recommend doing a septic tank rejuvenation versus complete replacement. It not only saved me thousands of dollars and not having to replace sod, it solved my issue. All other companies quoted full replacement, some not even looking before doing so. Jose kept me informed and he did not leave my yard in a mess. Will definitely use Stuart Plumbing again. It is hard to find companies like this.

I called Stuart Plumbing with what I thought was a particularly tough job. Jose came in, gave me an estimate, got the go ahead, and knocked the job out much faster than he'd anticipated. He then adjusted the original quote downward to reflect the hours he actually worked, the total invoice was surprisingly reasonable. The next time I am in need of a plumber, I will call Stuart Plumbing and ask for Jose.

Stuart Plumbing delivered fast and friendly service. They were able to help us after-hours so price was a bit more than daytime service but we needed a leak repaired ASAP and were glad they could assist us. We will use them again!

Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to fix one of my issues but not the leaky sink, unfortunately I have to pay the 175 again after I purchase a new faucet. That’s a little annoying.

Great same day service for a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. Friendly technician, Jose, came to the house and quickly fixed the problem. Offered additional services as well to fill the entire hour we paid for (much appreciated!) based on experience, would definitely recommend!!

We moved into a new house with a septic system which we are unfamiliar with and we were having some odors. The guys that came were extraordinarily professional, patient and very knowledgeable and were able to solve our problem quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Our plumber Jose was on time exactly on time and he got to work immediately and did not leave a mess. He was very polite and he asked if there were any other faucets or plumbing issues in my condo and he showed me my kitchen faucet which will need some replacement soon. He was the perfect repair man and we will definitely ask for him when we need more plumbing help.
