Great service from General Plumbing. Collin fixed my two toilets that had weak flushes, replaced my old corroded shut off valve with a nice looking quarter turn valve (see pic), and fixed a leaking stem on a shower knob. I am a happy camper.

Kenyell and Dylan came this morning to repair a leaking toilet. Upon hearing the issue and doing a preliminary investigation, they immediately found the issue. All of the materials were in the truck. They fixed the issue and made sure the toilet was functioning correctly. Both gentlemen were dressed well, had their shoe coverings and offered true Red Carpet service!!!!

Always a pleasure to have service from General. Technicians are always friendly, thorough and do quality work. Office staff are also friendly and efficient to quickly dispatch and get problems solved.

No water coming from kitchen sink. It was a clogged faucet cylinder with lots of sediment. I bought the Elite Maint Plan which added to my total today but will be worth every penny with additional work to have General Plumbing do for me. Christian was my service tech. He was professional, super friendly and cleaned up any spills from the repairs. Aces!!

I had a waterline added for refrigerator and everything was open and accessible, just needed to add the line and valve to the sink pipe in that location. I asked for them to cut a pipe that was sticking out of my wall, the new range i bought did not fit because of it, but, all he had to do is unscrew gas extension pipe and screwed in a cap, (there was never any gas installed.) He did not have the water line on the truck, although when booking the appointment I asked if he would be bringing it and they said yes, he has that on the truck. He did not. He had to call around and find a place, then had to bring it back because it was the wrong size and come back again. A 20 minute job took 3 hours. He said to hold on to the extended pipe so if in the future I needed it I can use it, but he took it with him. Over $600, I feel like I was robbed and that is what he said was a discount. I was desperate and frustrated so I paid it. I would definitely not recommend this company due to high cost. The good thing about them is they came the day after I called.

I'm amazed at how much work went into replacing this water heater. The gentleman Kenyell and partner, Dylan were very polite, compassionate, understanding and funny too. They did the job and did it very well. I also have to give a shout out to the wonderful lady, Amy, in the office. Everyone was so very kind. I would use them again!!

Technician was here for less than 30 minutes, needed no tools or parts, charged me $350 for the experience . . . what a country! He was polite, informative, and efficient.

They quickly repaired a frozen shut-off valve then replaced the kitchen faucet attached to it. Since they were here I had them replace a toilet fill kit. Same day service and nice to work with

Total rip off. The guy did a fine job, but I misunderstood what he said. I thought he said $1,017 for the job a 5 hour job which I thought was a high, but I am in a time pinch, and they were able to get here right away. When he finished, he whacked me with a $2,021 bill! Will never use them again. STAY AWAY

I had an emergency, plumber arrived in about an hour. Kind, courteous, and professional. Estimate included putting in shut-off valves for 450.00.
I ended up fixing myself for 111.00 for the parts, also for the plumber, and an hour of my time.
I did not put in shut off valves.
I'm retired and live on a pension. Problem solved.
111.00 included 69.00 for the company that came out and gave the estimate.

What a professional company! On time, Damian was awesome! Office staff was fantastic! I highly recommend them and will refer my friends! They fixed a new aquasana system that was put in by another plumber! 🙌🏽 Thanks you guys!!
