Dylan came to us twice to help when half our home wasn’t receiving hot water. He was kind, honest, knowledgeable, efficient and very easy to work with. Tracy in the office was also always kind and top of scheduling us in as soon as possible.

Kenyell arrived quickly. He worked diligently and corrected the problem. It was a lengthy process. I’m grateful to have had him and his expertise to address this issue. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues…

Kenyell is absolutely amazing, he greeted the nurses with enthusiasm and a smile. You can tell that he loves what he does. As I nurse on the unit I have had the experience of working with the hidden toilets and it’s not easy. We were so excited to have Kenyell at the job working diligently to improve the toilets so that we could get things back to normal. What a nice young man, he did an awesome job which we all knew would not be easy. Big kudos for the professionalism and commitment he showed for taking on a tough job. He represented the company well and I’m sure they’re all aware of the type of employee he is. That young man is special and it shows.

I had a mixed experience with General Plumbing. Over the course of two days, I spent a total of $2,657. The plumbers themselves worked hard, were on time, and were very personable and professional, which I genuinely appreciated.

Unfortunately, the underlying issue was misdiagnosed. I was quoted and worked on under the assumption that there was a broken pipe, when in reality the problem ended up being a backed-up septic tank (causing a kitchen sink backup) After two days of work, the issue was still not resolved, and concrete was left drilled into.

I ultimately had Stuart Plumbing come out, and they quickly identified the septic issue and pumped the tank, which resolved the problem.

I want to be clear that the technicians were courteous and put in real effort, but the misdiagnosis led to unnecessary work and significant cost without fixing the root cause. I hope this feedback helps improve diagnostics for future customers.

We hired Stuart Plumbing to replace two shower valves. Scott arrived right on schedule and did an excellent job. I have a lot of experience in remodeling and I know that he is a wizard plumber! Two shower valves replaced in under 3 hours. I will definitely call them again when I need an excellent plumber.

When I called Stuart Plumbing and spoke with Dawn and told her we have been without water for 5 days due to a water leak in a concrete wall that also leaked into the house requiring water to be shut off to the entire house.The leak required leak detection before a plumber could make repairs.Dawn rearranged schedules so that she could get someone to my house first thing next morning. Matt arrived and began opening the wall that fed an outdoor spigot where the leak detection company said it was leaking. Matt open the wall to the foundation and discovered the leak was in or under the slab. He recommended finding the supply line location and capping this line at the source which is what he did. Thankfully water is back on and a new spigot location will be addressed later on. Great service and really competent people. Thank you Stuart Plumbing

Clogged kitchen sink! Grease clog that drano, snake etc. wouldn’t touch. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended water lancing and presto, like new drain lines. The entire Stuart Plumbing team was responsive, professional and friendly.
