What an awesome job Team #16 Aileb and Shakura does! Very professional and friendly too! It's amazing how efficient they are! Molly Maid is quite affordable also. I would highly recommend this service as a "quality of life" improvement fer sure.

If I could leave a 0 review I would! Worst $500 I'll ever spend.
We needed a construction clean on a home we had just finished renovating and my usual cleaning ladies were out of town. I googled different companies and decided to give Molly Maids a try.
I explained specifically what I needed done and considering the house was almost completely empty, it should have been an easy task. I couldn't stay at the property during the cleaning, but the 2 ladies said that was not a problem and assured me they had it under control. I would have expected them to be there at least 4 hours considering it was pretty dusty and I asked for all of the cabinets in the kitchen to be wiped down and cleaned of debris because we had the floors ripped out and replaced, so the inside bottom cabinets were filthy. The house is around 3,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so for 2 people to clean it in the state it was in should have taken more than 2 hours. I honestly dont't know what they actually did. There were piles of dirt not vacuumed up, the cabinets were exactly as I left them, the floors were not mopped, the blinds were still dusty. Needless to say, I was furious! We were moving in the following day, so when I got to the house a few hours after I had left the girls, my daughter and I had to clean all over again!!! I called the company immediately and told them that the cleaning was not done properly and all they said was they were sorry and offered to give me a credit for the next time I needed cleaning services.
I laughed at that comment! No Thanks!!!
So please, don't waste your money on this company. You WILL be disappointed AND WILL HAVE WASTED A LOT OF MONEY FOR NO SERVICES! I posted a few of the pictures I took AFTER they "cleaned". You be the judge....

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Molly Maid. I hired them to clean my new empty home before moving in, expecting a spotless result. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon inspection, I found that surfaces were still dusty and the floors were visibly dirty. It was as if they barely cleaned at all, which was incredibly frustrating as I had hoped to move into a clean and welcoming environment.

For the premium price I paid, I anticipated a thorough and professional cleaning, but the service fell short on all fronts. I would not recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for reliable and effective cleaning services.

I called them on a Monday needing an apartment move out cleaning. They were there the next day promptly and did an amazing job! I would use again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this company.

Our team Angie and Yami were professional and pleasant and did a wonderful job cleaning our home. They treated everything with respect, worked diligently and thoroughly and gave extra attention to a construction mess in the master bath. After Molly Maid, the house smelled clean without that overpowering smell of toxic perfumed cleaners. We will use Molly Mail for our regular housecleaning.

Very easy company to communicate with and set up a convenient appointment for me. I was pretty specific, dog hair removal. The team of 2 did a great job. I would definitely recommend Molly Maid of Treasure Coast.

They were able to schedule promptly and came out on time. We just bought the house and wanted it cleaned before we moved in. Asked if priors owners left anything in kitchen to place it on table and wipe out the cabinets.I would pay extra, no problem. They were there 4 hours. I was so relieved to know this was one last thing I had to deal with. I got to the house and not ever the light switches were wiped down. Emailed them photos in 3 different emails. Not one reply. I never once asked for my money back and still no reply.

Last week, a member of their team, Robin, stopped by to do a an estimate. She walked me through everything that their team does, which products they use (pet friendly!), and had me walk her through the house to show what I was looking to have done. I love this service because they are truly so flexible and work with you on what you would like done with no pressure to do anything you don’t. I love that you can have them do a simple clean, or you can have them do deeper services like inside of your appliance, etc.

Today, I had a first time cleaning with Shay and Kendra. They were fabulous! So friendly and thorough. When they arrived, they had me walk them through the house to show them around and ask questions about certain areas. Definitely will continue to utilize Molly Maid in the future!

We have used. Molly Maids for 2 move outs, a move in and monthly services. Have been sent different teams and they are all fantastic!

Rebeca was professional in getting the scope of my desired work and she and Damaris were in time and did a great job in meeting my expectations
