We called them when we realized that our cleanup job was too big for us amateurs. Sent them a bunch of pictures and got a quick, reasonable and accurate price for removal and a thorough cleanup. I was 1000 miles away when they did their work but the neighbors were impressed with their commitment and results. I did agree to a small extra charge to cover things I had not photographed, although arguably they should have asked for those pictures in the first place. Still, it was a smooth experience and although I would hope not to be in this situation again I would not hesitate to hire Florida Emergency Cleaning.
In a separate transaction at the same time they performed the necessary steps to sanitize an inground pool after an accident.

My family had a tragedy at a family members house and we needed the services provided by Nathan and his team in an emergency situation and ASAP. I meet with one of the team members the following morning at the location and that afternoon I had a commitment from Nathan that he could have his team there that evening to start and complete the 1st phase of this task. His team worked until 2:50am and did a tremendous amount of work and I couldn't believe how fabulous it looked when I got there later that morning. Canaan was wonderful! I paid a large amount of money to fix some very large problems. Canaan came in, was very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and attacked the job with vigor. I would point out a problem and he would solve it in a extremely efficient manner. One by one he took care of all of the large messes I was facing. I commend Canaan and his work. Above and beyond the call of duty for our flooded high-rise condo! Nathan tackled our job promptly, efficiently and with great communication skills keeping me abreast of the situation. Initially with daily contact,which helped put me at ease being a long distance away and dealing with him mostly by phone. His detailed explanation of water restoration services was most appreciated. He also acted as my communicator to set up follow up repairs needed.I highly recommend Florida Emergency Cleaning for any of their services!

Wow this company was great and on my job within 2 hrs. I had called another company first and they told me 3 weeks to get an estimate. I then called Nathan, told him my problem and he was Nathan on the spot. They were in and out within 3 days for me to finish the Condo and get it ready to rent again. They are a 10 plus and the best.

In July, I had to deal with an unattended death in a home. FLORIDA EMERGENCY CLEANING completed the bio-clean up. The before and after service was exceptional. They cleaned the floor, the floorboards, the dry-wall, the smell… everything. Their cleaners were professional, efficient, and hardworking.

Great experience during a terrible situation. They cleaned our mother’s house after her passing. Everyone I spoke to was compassionate and thorough in their explanation of services. There are no words that can adequately express their level of courtesy and professionalism and they are truly available 24/7. I reached out to Nathan in a panic very early on a Sunday morning after arriving from New York with no clue as to how to begin to deal with a nightmare infestation in my mom's condo which had been neglected for a number of years. Withing a few hours Monica had the apartment in pristine condition. They are honest and reliable and lovely people to deal with. They have my wholehearted recommendation!!

The team at Florida Emergency Cleaning was terrific to deal with. I worked with Dan to quote and schedule the job, and he was great. The on-site team led by Brian did a fantastic job, very thorough and complete. This was a deep cleaning and odor remediation project. Since I couldn’t be at the job site, Brian kept me up to date on everything. A few days after they completed their work I was able to see the results and was very pleased.
