RE: High Star Cleaning

I connected with Hortencia and High Star Cleaning through Angie after having a less than satisfactory experience with another service.

I found that High Star Cleaning was prompt and efficient and paid attention to detail. I also found that they would go above and beyond expectations, especially as I was preparing to sell my home and move out of state. I used High Star several times over a number of months to ensure my home was presentable to potential buyers. High Star was prompt in arriving and on occasion let me know that they might be late, but they were always communicating with me to let me know their status. They also were able to work me in when I needed a special visit.

I would wholeheartedly recommend High Star Cleaning for housekeeping needs.

High Star Cleaning does an excellent job. Hortencia and her girls care about their clients needs and go the extra mile to be accommodating if dates or times need to rearranged. I would highly recommend their service.

High Star Cleaning exceeded all our expectations. We hired them to deep clean an entire facility with lots of bedrooms, offices, patients and staff with heavy traffic. They were extremely responsive, professional and detail oriented. They came in and immediately began cleaning with positive attitudes and diligence. We look forward to our ongoing relationship. 12/10 would recommend for any cleaning services!!

High Star exceeded our expectations. My only regret is I didn't know about them sooner. We requested a deep clean and boy, oh, boy, did they deliver. Do not hesitate to hire this company. The ladies were punctual, friendly, thorough. Very reasonably priced as well.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Our housekeeper goes above and beyond to ensure everything is spotless and organized to perfection. Attention to detail is unmatched—every surface sparkles, and even the hard-to-reach areas are cleaned thoroughly. They are always punctual, professional, and incredibly trustworthy. Coming home to such a clean and fresh home is a joy every single time. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch housekeeping!

High Star are the best house cleaners! Our Stuart home is always meticulously and thoroughly cleaned and they are very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

We scheduled an estimate for our office, and the company representative was a no-show at the agreed-upon date and time. After two calls on my end, a representative finally explained that she had trouble with the address and that our location is outside their designated service area. I was told a voicemail was left; however, I received no phone call or message. This company wasted my time with a confirmed appointment. It is unacceptable business practice to schedule an appointment and then cancel it without confirmed, direct communication with the customer. The lack of proactive follow-up and basic customer courtesy makes it appear they are not interested in new business.

Amazing service for weekly/biweekly house cleaning. I have tried multiple in the area and this company is by far the best!

The ladies truly went above and beyond! They did such a great job on my home’s deep clean for an extremely affordable price.
