Our brother died in his home 7 days before a wellness check discovered him. My sister and I flew to Florida to his home and could not believe what we saw and smelled. We realized that we could not do this clean-up ourselves and made a few phone calls. Florida Emergency Cleaning responded immediately while all the other clean-up services could not get to the home until the next day or two and provide us an estimate. The owner, Nathan, cane out on a Sunday, inspected the home, gave us an estimate in 2 hours and started work the next morning. Nathan was kind, conscientious, empathetic and guided us throughout the process. He brought in a crew of 3 and their compassion towards us and what we were going through was amazing. Instead of delaying the clean-up another day, they stayed until it was done. It was a long, hot and smelly 12 hour day. It was nearly 100 degrees and they had to wear biohazard suits, masks, boots and gloves. They saw valuables, cash, and potential memorabilia of my brother’s and placed it on a table by the front door to share with us and where it was found. When the clean-up was finished, they used ozone machines overnight. By the next afternoon, the home was cleaned out and smelled much better. Everything in the home had to be thrown out. Nathan ‘s crew kept filling up the truck and neatly made piles of items placed outside the home. Nathan made many trips with his truck removing the items away. The neighbors were pleased with how clean his crew left the property. He left very little fir the garbage men to pick-up. Nathan had to pull up a floor to treat it and have it air out. He then introduced us to services to continue the work on our brother’s home. Everyone Nathan recommended to help with our brother’s home has been as great as Nathan- the cleaner, Monica, and her crew did a deep cleaning to wash down the walls, floors and bathroom: the handyman, Josh, who helped us with home repairs my brother had not finished, Joshua, the painter is now almost finished, and the realtor Dave getting ready to sell the home. I will forever be so thankful for meeting Nathan. Nathan also came back to check-in with the handyman. Together they removed the final smell in the home. As I look back at what my sister and I experienced, we’ve agreed that what was a devastating life event was lifted from our shoulders when Nathan got involved.

When the insurance company kept having me call difficult departments, running me around in circles, he was able to figure out who i needed to tealk to. When I'd lose my temper with the insurance company out of frustration, he was calm and kept on them. He never gave up on it, and he continued to follow-up with them when we didn't hear back. It finally all got resolved. If give them more that five stars if I could.

Nathan is amazing. As owner/operator of this company he is a local family man who is hands and heart on. My wife's stepfather passed unattended. We took a recommendation for another company and were severely let down. Nathan spoke with us on the phone and was emenselly helpful. He drove 45 minutes and met us at the home. Nathan discussed many options and went above and beyond. Even when he stood to gain nothing, he was helpful. Nathan made recomendations to save money as well as to simplify things he recommended a local probate professional who is knowledgable, pragmatic, like minded, and compassionate. Nathan is passionate and compassionate about the work he does. The girls who came to clean my home did a wonderful job! I am currently away from home and set up the service for my husband and son. The woman who coordinated the clean with me kept in touch with me the whole way through and listened to exactly what I needed done, even down to cleaning out our pantry cabinet and organizing it! I highly recommend this company and thanks again ladies!
