I called cooke's for an emergency thinking it was my septic tank. When he came to my door he said it's a city issue. I didn't know I'm new this. He was so nice and informative. I learned something today and I'm very thankful that they sent Richard out today. I'm very grateful for him!!! I had to pay a service fee which was way more cheaper than I was supposed to pay. We have never owned a house with a septic tank so we did not know anything about maintaining one until the postcard arrived from this company. I was able to book a service quickly and easily using their online system. The technician who came out was named Richard and he was wonderful. He could not have been more helpful and serviced us quickly and efficiently explaining everything in the process. I highly recommend using this company to service your septic tanks

They have poor comfort service skills. They’ll take your money and that’s it when things go wrong. They won’t do anything to help you and give you all kinds of BS excuses. Stay away from this company

Richard was the lead tech for my service call. Wow! He was great. His knowledge and professionalism were off the charts. I had some additional problems with the drain field which he analyzed the problem and gave several alternatives for repair which saved me a ton of work. Provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Mario the technician who arrived was excellent immediately diagnosing my issue and providing the most cost effective solution. Also gave me a fantastic lesson all about my septic system. I was very pleased that I made a good choice and would recommend contacting Cookes with any plumbing or septic issues.

I had a pleasant experience with Richard and Trevor when they came to service my septic tank. Richard was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me - and recommending I put risers in and get rid of those old heavy cement lids. So no more digging in the future. Kevin from Our Wind River Environmental came out after I had two prior plumbing clog service calls, the same day I called. He was extremely informative & knowledgeable. He walked me through the process every step of the way. He was able to locate the clog in the pipe leading to our septic tank quickly. Super friendly, personable guy. Was very transparent about the service costs upfront which I appreciated greatly. During a stressful situation, he made me feel optimistic & all was taken care of in the end to get my home back up & (water) running. Thanks again Kevin!!
