Constraction reviews in Sunrise, Florida

Great service and competent.. they are doing a great job at my home.. thanks a lot. Tatiana, great manager… Alvaro, excellent, Sergio and the painter… EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS… Stephany, Abel, Jeff and many other ones!!! THANKS ALOT

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Florida Construction Services for the outstanding work they completed on my home in Tamarac last year. They came to our rescue and successfully finished the job that a previous contractor had left incomplete. Mike Rodriguez and his team were nothing short of excellent throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize Krístel Peñalba for her courtesy and professionalism. Thank you, FCS, for restoring my home - I truly appreciate your dedication and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.

Me and my fiancé had an excellent experience working with this team from start to finish. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier because of their communication, flexibility, and professionalism.

The process took longer than expected due to insurance delays, and there were even moments where the insurance company did not release the correct amount of funds for the deposit. Through all of that, the team was incredibly patient and worked with us every step of the way. Communication was truly on point and we were always kept informed and never left wondering what was happening next.

Lizi Javakhishvili was absolutely amazing and she was always in communication and kept us informed every step of the way. Kristel Penalba was also wonderful to work with and very helpful throughout the process. The crew that came to our home was amazing. Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s names, but they deserve recognition. They carefully removed the carpet, helped pack up our personal belongings, and later put everything back with care. That level of respect for someone’s home means a lot, especially during a long and stressful restoration process.

Despite the length of the project and the insurance hurdles, the overall experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews because that was not our experience at all. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We had the opportunity to use A to Z Kitchens and they did such an amazing job with the kitchen that we HAD to use them for the bathrooms too...

The project went as planned with the least amount of disruption. They even returned months later for a quick fix after we added a new appliance!

Kay and Dan did an incredible job renovating our kitchen. They are very knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. Our kitchen looks amazing and was completed on time. I wholeheartedly recommend A to Z Kitchens to anyone renovating their kitchen.

Kay (design) listened to our ideas, provided suggestions, and was always pleasant to work with. Dan (construction) was there every day to coordinate and guide their employees. Yes, employees, not sub-contractors. The workers were polite, cleaned up after themselves, but most importantly skilled workers.

Exceeded overall expectations. Finished project just under estimated timeline. Extremely happy with all aspects of this project.

Dan and Kay were great with helping us bring our dream kitchen to life. Their staff were also amazing and professional. Of course with any remodel there are always a few hiccups, but they made sure to address each one. We were very pleased with them.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our outdoor space for entertaining. As we love to cook, we opted for an outdoor kitchen. After exploring several vendors and options, we moved forward with Dan from A to Z and boy did he not disappoint! The kitchen came out exactly as we envisioned. Dan was patient and professional the entire way and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend and you would be a fool if you went with anyone else.

Dan provided exceptional expertise designing a customized outdoor kitchen incorporating my objectives. He maintained a clear timeline for completing the project, using a hands-on approach. He was always responsive to my concerns. I am very satisfied with the final product.

Again they amaze me. A year and a half after the job was completed, had a problem with a faucet and they brought a replacement head no questions asked. A to Z is a great company with caring management and owners. You need work done, they are the ones to call. Thanks again.
