First of all I shipped around as Hurricane Irma damaged my roof on September 11 to 12, 2017. They had the best price. I knew someone who had work done by them. I visited that person and was impressed. While work was being done, they were thorough, safe, quick, courteous,.etc. Even while choosing the tile and color they showed me the selection and left a sample. While they took the old broken down roof off,, they didn't leave a mess. I got no complaints from the neighbors. I wish I could give six stars but five stars is the highest rating. I highly recommend them with all across the board five star rating.

from start to finish this company is a joke. Keep a close eye on what they charge you and don't do. There was not one pleasant moment in the 10 month process with this company.

Stay away from this company!! They are terrible to work with! We had a plumber give an estimate for around $6,000 and they charged over $25,000. They also lied about the job they were hired to do. Please do not use this company.

I had same experience through citizens renovation program. They were assigned in September and dragged all the way to December 2023. In January 2024 They didn't do anything but collect over 47k from citizens. Horrible experience, lost 5 months, they were full of excuses and nonsense. Citizens decided to pull the contract out from them. Horrible company to deal with. Avoid them! Run away! They wasted our time and, in the end, decided not to show up to scheduled meetings and avoid calls. They should not be in this program as I can tell others had the same experience. They just don't care. They will blame each other all the time. Stay away folks!

This is one of the worst and most unprofessional companies to ever exist. They refuse to respond to basic calls and emails and always promise someone will call back, but they never do. Unfortunately, they are one of the preferred vendors for insurance repair programs, yet they are blatantly ripping off insurance companies and insureds. On multiple occasions, this company has tried to underquote material cost allocations to profit more at the expense of insureds. This is blatantly wrong and one of the reasons we suffer from insurance issues in the state when carriers are outsourcing repairs to inept companies instead of letting their insureds properly repair their homes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Over 2 months ago they were assigned by Citizens Insurance to rebuild my kitchen. Promised by them we would be completely done by Halloween. I should have asked what year, I guess, they have not even started, they took my deposit, cashed a $13,000 deposit, and here mid November, absolutely nothing is started, they have not even applied for permits! And our rep, Mike just piles on excuses, when he can actually be reached. Do not get scammed by these guys.

Of course, nobody enjoys having a flood in their home! The process of finally being appointed to Florida Construction Services by citizens homeowners insurance
was a long one, but I must give CITIZENS credit for connecting me with such a great company.As we all know the honesty, communication skills and dependability make the company. Luckily for me my Project manager, Jeremy, really helped get my “MANAGE YOUR OWN REPAIR” off the ground! Jeremy explained what to expect, what he needed from me, and provided updates at the beginning of the home repair process. Lizzie, accounts
manager was extremely helpful whenever I needed her assistance! Lizzie was beyond kind, and patient and never left me hanging. Carlos and his top notch team could not have been any more honest, professional or detailed oriented.. Even with two hurricanes coming through my city during the renovations, FSC managed to stay on track with their promised timeline! These three employees were very helpful when I needed recommendations and to stay on budget.

WORST COMPANY EVER! they are all about charging your insurance and collect out of pocket money from you , but they delay the project as much as they can and have 0 customer service. If you are reading this OPT OUT it will be easier, faster and better.

SCAM ALERT!
I would give 0 starts if I could. Stay away from this company!
My husband and I had a shower pan leak and we filed a claim with our useless insurance who appointed us to this incompetent company. We had to pay out of pocket for several things: the deductible, the plumber, the down-payment to star the project. We complied with all requirements and ended up paying around 5k out of pocket. By the last payment "required" to begin the project (1200 for the plumber) they crossed all lines because they pushed us to pay so we could have a settled date to begin. We sent them the money and after they received it, on a Friday at 5 pm Tatiana sent us a message to say that the materials ( which were approved ONE MONTH AGO) were in back order and so the project would begin some day in June.
They don't care about my family and the struggles we are having with one bathroom only for the entire household, they only contact us to have their checks signed, the checks that my insurance send them on top of the money that we have paid out of pocket. They have 0 empathy for the customer and offer no solutions at all.
We decided to opp out some dont have to deal with this company anymore and when we told Tatina, she started to put up excuses to retain our money that they must give us back.
I will update this review when I receive MY MONEY back from this fraudulent, fishy company so the public can have an idea of how long it took for them to return what is mine even though they have not been in my property not even one single time, even though they have not done anything yet.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

After seeing some negative reviews online, we were initially concerned when our insurance company assigned Florida Construction to handle our kitchen replacement. However, we decided to give them a chance—and we are glad we did! They completed the work within a very tight timeframe, and the results aligned with our expectations. Throughout the process, they maintained excellent communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. The team who worked on the kitchen was not only skilled but also respectful and careful with every detail. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and professionalism they provided.

Krystal in the office has been very helpful, even throughout the delays. Carlos, Carlos and the two gentlemen who came today were Hard workers and checked through everything. Thank you.
