Constraction reviews in Sunrise, Florida

This is the second time we use this company and both times we had a great experience. The painters were awesome and so was the office staff. Follow up was amazing. They worked with us as we navigate to colors. The paint job is amazing as well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we had to do more painting.

Straight forward process. The company came when they said it would. Finished when they said they would and made great recommendations. My neighbors are all complementing the job, house looks great.
Maria in the office was extremely quick to answer all questions and responded to all emails. The painter Lorran was friendly and explained everything. Will definitely recommend and use Millennium Painting again.

Great experience with Millennium! Maria was fantastic to work with and was very patient as we waited several weeks on HOA approval. They gave me a quote back in March and honored it MONTHS later. They did an excellent job painting the house and they did it so quick! They also provide you with varying warranties which means they stand by their work. I’ve already told my neighbors about them and will continue to recommend to others. Thank you!

We are incredibly happy with our new paint job on our house. Marcos was absolutely amazing during the initial consultation and prepared a wonderful proposal packet. Everyone I dealt with was incredible! Very responsive and very professional. The actual painters did a perfect job and we highly recommend Millennium Painting to everyone!

This company is great! Very resonable pricing. They painted my (tile) roof. The men who came to work were neat, nice & very good. I couldn't be happier with my new roof color! It's beautiful!

My father-in-law recommended Millennium Painting to us after using them several times for his home -- and now we completely understand why!

From the start, Maria, the Sales Manager, was a joy to work with. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and made it easy to coordinate our exterior painting around our other projects. The crew worked efficiently, paid great attention to detail, and checked in regularly to make sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it.

Our home hadn't been painted since it was built in 1989, so the transformation is nothing short of amazing. It truly feels like a brand new house!

Thank you, Millennium Painting, for your outstanding work and professionalism. We look forward to being loyal customers for years to come!

Millennium Painting & Pressure Cleaning did an outstanding job from start to finish!

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-quality results truly set them apart. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with great care and respect. The painting was flawless, and the pressure cleaning left everything looking brand new — like a complete transformation!

What really impressed me was their communication throughout the process. They explained every step clearly, offered great suggestions, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the final outcome.

If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled painting and pressure cleaning company, I highly recommend Millennium. They exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future projects.

Thank you for your excellent work — it's rare to find service this good these days!

We got our exterior house painted and it came out great! In 4 days we got the house and driveway power washed and painted. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We are completely satisfied with the way that everything turned out, the team of professionals of D&S Construction Services managed by
Don Vander Linde took full responsibility on every aspect of building our newest restaurant location from planning to complete execution it was great to see that everything was done on time and with the best quality, all inspections passed with no issues. We will use D&S Construction Services again and highly recommend using this company.

Don,

Hard to believe it's been almost a year since we moved into our remodeled home, all thanks to you. We couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure working with you throughout the entire process. Our renovation was a complete gut job, leaving only the exterior walls and roof. We basically rebuilt a 3300 sf residence. As a result, numerous decisions and knowledge were needed to ensure a smooth and successful outcome. Your expertise and oversight throughout this long process was what we wanted and more importantly, what we got! Having a positive relationship with a GC that we could trust was our priority. Thank you again!

We would gladly recommend your services!!

Gina and Marc

Friendly and professional. A pleasure all around.

Such a great guy. Even though they didn’t have to service my issues, they did give me great information and expert knowledge and that is worth a good review. it’s always nice to meet people who are willing to show kindness and share their time to get you the right information. Excellent service.

After interviewing 5 different companies for my stamped concrete driveway I went with Prime Contractors and I’m glad I did the Owner did the job better than I expected . I would definitely use them again. And would recommend them to anyone considering getting there driveway done.

Looking to replace a horrible asphalt driveway with stamped concrete. Found them on Home Advisor.

From initial “meet and greet,” measurements and quote, to finish, found everyone to be attentive and amicable.

From design and color, to dealing with my Town, always professional.

Will highly recommend to anyone who asks!

Thanks for a job well done!

They installed about 50 feet of fence in response to an incident during a hurricane two months ago. Despite our insurance company dragging their feet, once I was contacted by Juan things began quickly. The workers worked hard through the rain and got it done in less than two days overall. The fence looks fantastic. Most importantly, Juan was very responsive and always got back to me quickly. I tend to find that level of communication with contractors rare. Thanks and well done fellas!

We needed a new driveway badly. I was so nervous to get it done because let’s face it you have one shot to get it right. Prime did an amazing job. Juan went over and beyond to make sure we loved our driveway. And we do. It is exactly what I asked for and couldn’t love it more. Juan always made his self available for questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend them. Great price Great company.

I can't speak highly enough about Juan and the team at Prime Contractors. They are the best of the best in every single way. We did two complete bathroom remodels and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our house was built in the early 70s, which made the job more complicated than we initially anticipated, but Juan knew exactly how to handle every roadblock and provided us with several options to accommodate our needs and budget. He was always extremely responsive and proactively provided us with regular updates. What I appreciated most about Juan was his transparency. He never overpromised and always gave us honest feedback on ideas we put in front of him. He cared about the job just as much as we did; it was such a pleasure working with him!

Hired Prime Construction to redo my old chattahoochee driveway with a new cement stamped, 2 color driveway. Juan was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to properly accomplish what we wanted, he gave us a variety of options and colors and stamp patterns to chose from. He kept us informed on every step of the way. His crew was very efficient and good at what they do. We are VERY HAPPY with the final results and would highly recommend Prime Construction for your driveway/patio/sidewalk etc......and as a bonus his pricing was extremely fair compared to other estimates we received. All in all, you will be very happy you chose Prime to do your job!!

I see why the great ratings on Google. I called on a course of action for my current stamped concrete driveway with color fading. I spoke to Juan and he was very honest on what would be the best method of refurbishing my driveway. Gave me 2 options to pursue on my own. Even turned down the work because he could not warranty the work for any length of time. Very refreshing to get an honest business. Will be using for any of my future painting needs.

My wife and I are very happy we found Prime Contractors for our stamped concrete driveway work. This team of guys was a pleasure to work with from the estimate to final delivery. No road blocks, no issues, excellent communication, the entire process was streamlined from beginning to end. I will rehire Prime Contractors in the future and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for quality work and no headaches.

Thanks for turning our dream bathrooms into reality. We appreciated all the hard work in completing the permitting process and the professionalism of the whole team! We are especially glad to have great design advice during the pre-construction process and we love how all our color choices were available to us. Our new bathrooms are spectacular!
