Constraction reviews in Sunrise, Florida

This is a very professional and punctual company. Their work was very good. They did a great job, painting our house and cleaned up all the mess each day in between the days they were working. I highly recommend them to paint your home inside or out.

Millennium painting showed up on time, they were very polite and informative. They worked very clean and efficiently. Our roof looks beautiful. Great job.

Before deciding to paint our house, my wife and I got quotes from several different painting companies in the area. In the end, we picked Millennium Painting. Besides having the best price, they’re just good people. A big thanks to Marcos for putting together our quote, Maria for answering a million of my questions, and to Carlos and crew who did an amazing job painting my house. I highly recommend Millennium Painting to anyone. Thanks you!!!

Excellent work! The painters were kind, courteous and respectful of our property and my plants. They did an exceptional job on the house and it literally looks like a brand new house. They assured us any issues would be remedied but we had no issues at all. Our house looks amazing!! The price was fair and competitive and they were thorough with all of the steps on the process. Also it only took a few days easy peasy!

Hi Millenium Painting,

We would like to thank you for all the services you provided in painting our house and having the patience with us getting it started. The guys did an awesome job on the house and we would like to thank them also for their work. The office staff is great with working with you on choosing your colors and helping you get started!! They also have the best prices and their work is awesome!! I was referred by a friend in Weston and they did an awesome job on hers also!! Our neighbors have asked about you and we have given them your information. Thank you again, Kim & Jon

Quick workers that were professional. The work product was excellent. I am so happy with the service.

From Marcos (our sales manager) and Maria (the office administrator) to Carlos (our project manager and his crew) and Juan (quality control), this company functions as a well-oiled machine. It offers its customers several things: a quality product + quality workmanship + reasonable pricing + a quality-minded approach to doing business. Thank you, Millennium Painting, for making our house look great! We'll be recommending you to our neighbors and friends.

The painters did a great job and the company was responsive when contacted

I orginally had a emoloyee from Millenium pant come to my propery to write an estimate. I later removed some rooms from the estimate and was sent a revised estimate, millenium then came to my house and started painting then called me midway into job and said they would not continue after I spoke up about their contractor doing poor quality paint work. They then said my bedroom was too big and they no longer wanted to honor the rates that they came out and gave a estimate for…Below is their work, do not hire this company they are unprofessional and a scam, they send anybody out to your home to do work and quality of service is worse than if you would just paint yourself.

Millenium stands by their work! They painted our house and roof over a year ago. Needed some touch ups on the roof and they came out right away and honored their warranty. I would recommend them for all your painting needs! Great company !

Fantastic all around! This company really ensures to do an awesome job from beginning to end! The team covered and protected everything so carefully, even our neighbors noted how exceptional the team was in ensuring surroundings were prepped carefully! The paint work was beautifully done and meticulous and detailed! I would higly recommend them! Wonderful results!!! We are so appreciative! Thank you!

Excellent pricing and followup. Their team did the job on time and to my expectations. Maria was a pleasure to work with and they started and finished and cleaned up all as promised. i would definitely recomment them.

From the very beginning, I was very satisfied with Millennium Painting,

The salesman who came out to look at my house was very professional.
The coordination by Maria was exceptional.
The roof pressure cleaning came out perfect.
The walls and face of the house was pressure cleaned exceptionally well and the painting crew prepared the house perfect.
The paint job was .exceptional And the team took a lot of pride in what they did.
I consider Millennium Painting a 5 star company and would recommend them to my family and friends.
They take a lot of pride and care in their work!

Millennium painting did an amazing job from quote to paint! They not only showed up when they said (which in south Florida is asking a lot) but they delivered exceptional service and quality. My house looks amazing and refreshed! Thanks Nicholas you were amazing. Best painter ever!

Previously happy with Millennium Painting—best prices, no-pressure sales, good communication, used them multiple times. But recent interior job (~6,000 sq ft home) was poor: Subcontracted to an absent supervisor. Understaffed (2 instead of promised 4 painters), no-shows, revolving crews who lost track of progress. Left splatters/spills, uneven coverage (brush marks, thin spots, drips). No on-site oversight despite complaints; company didn't follow up on issues. Offered touch-ups, but lack of supervision makes it unappealing. Disappointed this time.

We did extensive research before deciding to have our roof painted, reaching out to six companies for estimates. Only half of them actually showed up, but Millennium Painting stood out among the rest. They were the most reliable, professional, and affordable option. Maria was incredible. She was always available to answer our questions and kept communication smooth between us and the team. We will be contacting them in the near future to paint our home.

We highly recommend Millennium Painting to anyone looking to have their roof painted!
