Constraction reviews in Sunrise, Florida

Awesome work! Maria was super helpful and accommodating with scheduling and providing all the information. Hector and Mariano did a terrific job with exterior painting of our house. I will recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great work!

For those looking for a professional painting company with great pricing then Millennium Painting is the answer. We have used Millennium several times. Once to paint our previous house and now to paint our current house and roof. And both times they did exceptional work! The prep they do is crazy, they pressure wash everything, scrape away any remaining loose paint, fill cracks and holes then they lay plastic everywhere! We had a pool installed with a giant patio of brand new outdoor tile that we didn’t want any overspray on and they covered every inch before paint. Everyone was nice and professional and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend them. They will be our go to for all future painting projects and pressure washing!

Great company to work with! Presentation with the quote was something else. It was what actually made up my mind choosing them and it was a good decision. Painters were polite and easy going. Answered my questions and did a great job with my house. Would definitely recommend them

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Millennium Painting to paint the exterior of my home, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality left me thoroughly impressed. The painters were prompt and efficient from the initial consultation to the final steps. They worked diligently, always cleaning up after themselves, leaving my home in good condition. Their pricing was competitive and fair. I was also able to pay at the completion of the project and did not need to give a down payment.
I recommend this company for your future painting projects!

Mariano an Hector did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my house, They took their time to do the job and the results is awesome. The communications is great not to mention the fair price I really recommend this company.

It been great working with this Millenium Painting. I requested a quote got it right away. Irvin just finished pressure cleaning and painting our roof and looks great. Maria was great to work with. Excellent prices and job well done. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We contracted with Millenium for external painting of our home after two recommendations from previous customers.

I had a suspicion things wouldn’t go well when their referred contractor for drywall repair was a distaste, but we had a contract so we went forward. The painters left a huge mess including paint on all of our brand new windows and doors. They even missed an entire corner of the home where they did not paint. We paid extra for patch and fill, they missed holes and had to fix them. They were supposed to pressure wash and prep and in total they spent maybe an hour on prep work. The crew had to come back twice to fix everything multiple times

Additionally we had asked them to match the paint of our new windows and doors, and the color they recommended was completely off. When I asked for a credit the managers response was “we don’t match paint.”

Here’s the really interesting part, when I asked for the manager to come walk the job with me they sent someone who is not a Millenium employee. He explained to me that Millenium doesn’t actually employ any painters, all they do is hire out different crews (this is why our other friends who used them had better results). In the end we paid their bill, but we’ll be filing complaints. Long story short buyer beware!

I had the pleasure to work with Millennium painting for a commercial project. They were highly recommend to me by a colleague and I was not disappointed. The sales rep arrived on time, was professional and sent the quote the same day. Price was lower than other companies I contacted and they were flexible with the stating day. Paint job was perfect, the completed the job on time and left the job site clean. I had few small requests for touch ups after the job was done and they took care of it the next day.
Over all they are super professional and I will recommend to anyone who needs a good paint job at a reasonable price.

Wonderful job! We just needed our fascia repainted as we have just had our roof redone. We were very nervous about having someone paint and having paint get onto our new roof. They did an excellent job!!! Paint came out great and our roof was not impacted. Highly recommend for your painting needs.

Millennium Painting is an excellent company to work with. They walk you through everything step of the process and the prices are fair.
Millennium Painting painted my house a couple of years ago. The paint job as well as the customer service was outstanding. They came back today to clean the roof, clean the gutters, and pressure wash. Once again, they did not disappoint. The quality of service was great and the end product was amazing.
I will definitely continue to use them for future projects.

This job was well done. All the workers were so professional, polite and hard working. They each knew their role and went about it in a timely manner. They were quick and very clean. The end result is amazing! Many strangers pass and stop to ask about the new look of my house. I received lots of compliments for this job. This company was recommended to me by my daughter because they did such a wonderful job on her house. I am so very happy I listened to her because I am so pleased with this job. I definitely will be recommending this company to others. Thanks to the team for a job well done.

I don't usually post reviews, so when I do its because the level of service, value, quality of work is top notch, and this is exactly what I received from Millenium Painting. Everyone was very helpful from start to finish, they went above and beyond to assist with my quote and HOA requirements, the painters were excellent and the quality of the work was outstaiding. I highly recommend Millennium Painting

Excellent Service! Millennium Painting did a Great Job and at a Great Price! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Professional Painting Project!

A very professional company. They painted my home 13 years ago, and then again just a few days ago. For someone to be in business that long in South Florida is an accomplishment. Great workers, clean and respectable. Long lasting product.

Millennium Painting was a pleasure to deal with for the outside of our home. Maria is wonderful and answers all your questions. My painters were the best! Very respectful of my property , very punctual and just articulate with all the details.. our home looks amazing . I will use them again and suggest you do as well for your painting inside or out!

We are so happy we chose Millennium Painting! We interviewed several companies and they had the best presentation and prices, too! We had to wait several months for HOA approval and Maria stayed in contact weekly for an update. She was courteous the entire process and was happy to help in any way possible. She was also always available and addressed all questions and concerns, big or small. We had several projects completed in 2 days, including exterior house painting, pressure cleaning and sealing of driveway, stripping and painting walkway and back patio. The crew did an amazing job! Everyone was nice and made sure the job was done to our perfection! We highly recommend Millennium! We’ve already had a neighbor use them as well and they were just as happy! Thank you!

We highly recommend Millennium Painting and Pressure Cleaning Inc. As a board member of a two-story complex, I had a direct contact with all the members of the company. Everyone is professional, responsive and efficient.
Millennium started and finished the job as promised. The painters did an exceptional job, the roof looks like new. Everyone agrees “the community looks fantastic”. The board and management company believes the property values increased. Millennium prices are outstanding.
This is the second time we employed Millennium we will definitely use them in the future.

Millennium Painting just completed the exterior painting of our house.
We had several painting companies - highly rated on sites such as homeadvisor and houzz - bid on our exterior. After reviewing all the bids, MP’s was the most professional and their estimate was fair compared to the others. It included a great warranty, detailed explanations of the work, references, in short a very comprehensive quote.
The project was arduous, involving a great amount of prep work (the last time the house had been painted was 10 years ago and there were layers of touch-ups) on 7000 sq. ft.
The team did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home and the work was completed on time.
I cannot recommend MP highly enough. From the initial quote to the completion of the project the company was a pleasure to work with. I was extremely pleased with their work, from start to finish.

The crew was very courteous and cared about our overall satisfaction with the work. I was impressed with how quickly they got it done. Maria, the scheduler, was an angel and worked with us through some tricky scheduling issues on our end that delayed us by many months. I was impressed that they still honored their original price estimate for the work.

Millenium Painting painted the exterior of our home. Excellent work ethic, efficient, neat and thorough. Seamless transaction from proposal to HOA approval and scheduling. Highly recommend for a professional job!

So happy with the way my house turned out! They not only offered a extremely reasonable price but also were able to come out very quickly and complete the job efficiently. The communication was great from start to finish and I highly recommend them.
