Rebecca is a gem! First Class Fence is by far the “best” of the “best”. Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge - a walking encyclopedia - especially when it comes to working with the City of Coral Springs (city codes) and our HOA – she made everything happen flawlessly! Both Rebecca and Alan are professional, prompt, reliable, communicative and magical…they KNOW what they are doing – especially Alan - a true master at his craft. Besides being friendly, respectful of your property and super knowledgeable - they did a terrific job and the new fence looks beautiful! I highly recommend Rebecca and Alan if you are looking for someone you can trust to do fantastic work! My husband and I couldn't be happier!!

The day of installation was great. The guy who came out to install our fence wasted no time and worked very quickly. Excellent experience with 1st Class Fence and Rail. Rebecca and Alan were both very knowledgable and professional. Everything went as planned and on time each step of the way. Rebecca’s attention to details and keeping in touch with the scheduling progress was a plus. The fence is of the best quality available and the stump removal and additional work that we had done came out equally as well. Payment options were easy . Alan, her husband and partner, did the installation. He was punctual, professional, polite and patient .....with all my questions ! He has extensive knowledge and experience. This couple, these business owners, work hard to deliver a quality product at a fair and competitive price. They might not be the lowest quote you receive, but you know the old saying about getting what you paid for . They handle the process from start to finish, keep you informed throughout and deliver a quality finished project.

First Class Fence has exceeded my expectations and I cannot say enough great things about their customer service, communication, installation and professionalism. Rebecca is a true communicator and provides you with all the details up front and through the process to allow you to be at ease knowing the job is being handled without issue or delay. Allen was very experienced and professional. Our fence looks great! I usually do not give reviews but I just had to given the all-around positive experience we had.

We highly recommend First Class Fence. In December we decided to fence our property and received estimates from several vendors. First Class Fence’s estimate was very competitive (not the lowest or the highest) and Rebecca was great walking us through and explaining the entire process (we had no idea of all the steps required). Throughout the process she kept us advised at every step but the best part was the finished product! Alan did a fantastic job installing the fence and it looks absolutely great! They are truly a quality, professional team and we will use them again if the need arises.

Rebecca and Alan of First Class Fence and Rail, Inc. did a phenomenal job for our fence replacement project. Rebecca was the consummate professional. She was knowledgeable about products, timelines, and city codes. She kept me in the loop at every step of the project. Alan did an incredible job with the installation. Alan took away the old wooden fence and made sure the work area was debris free.

I have terminated my service contract with this company due to poor care of the pool - weekly visits to maintain my saltwater pool took on average 7 minutes each and did NOT include: scrubbing of the pool walls, cleaning the bottom, nor cleaning of the filter. The only thing was performed is surface skimming and used a test strip. Not much for $95/month.

P.S. The company owner Steve reached out 4 days after the contract termination, accepting the complains and offering apologies, really nice guy, seems like. He returned the last month payment for the service, regretting that I should have complained earlier about the service quality and kept the company up-to-date.
I'm upgrading my rating from 1/5 to 3/5 for the way the issue was eventually handled.

We contracted with Coastline Pools and were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and their professionalism. The process was seamless and we would highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

We recently used Coastline Pools to resurface our pool with Diamond Brite. We had estimates from several companies, but were very impressed with Coastline’s presentation. The owner, Steve Schaefer, personally came out and presented me with a beautiful folder containing everything we needed to know about his company and the resurfacing process. It included a nice letter and a proposal to resurface our pool. In addition, there was a certificate from the SGM company certifying that Steve was factory trained in the many products SGM uses in the pool and spa industry. The packet included a copy of Steve’s State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Construction Industry Licensing Board certificate, a certificate of liability insurance, a page with Diamond Brite & Gem Finish Care, a page with what you need to know if sandblasting is required, and colored brochures showing the color samples of Diamond The estimate from Coastline Pools was comparable to the other estimates we received.

Carmen, from Coastline’s office, was unbelievably organized, efficient, and such a pleasure to deal with. She’s amazing!

When our pool was finished we received a nice thank you card from Steve.

We recently hired Coastline Pools to do a complete pool 'remodel' (sandblast,remove old coping and tile and replace with new coping, new water-line tile, accent glass tiles on steps, new DiamondBrite, new filter/valves) and we can't be happier with the results. Everyone at Coastline was easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. From the first meeting to discuss the project and obtain an estimate, to selecting the right finishes in the showroom (tile, DiamondBrite, etc.) and getting the work done - everything was as expected. No surprises. The Coastline crews worked diligently and did a beautiful job. It was a pleasure to do business with Coastline and I highly recommend them.

I recently had issues with my pool pump, called up Steve the owner and within a day he was there. He had someone come out to fix the issue. Even with all that rain we have been having they still showed up. Coastline was also the company that resurfaced my pools several years ago and still looks great. Thanks to the previous owner of the house for giving me the recommendation to call them if I ever had any pool issues. Great job guys and keep it up.

We had several areas of loose pool coping and a few adjacent pavers. Coastline came recommended by another company that serviced our paver driveway. Steve came out and provided a reasonable quote which we accepted. The repair was done within a few days and our pool deck area looks great again. We are very pleased with the professionalism, price, and quality work. We'll be reaching back out to Steve when it comes time to resurface our pool.
