I booked an appointment with this company for a new Dishwasher installation. On the day of, I called to confirm said appointment, and to move the time window. The supposed manager i spoke with said that was not do able, and proceeded to hang up on me. Later i called back and explained i had my old dishwasher in place which needed to be Uninstalled and Hauled Away. He said yes, no problem, and proceeded to charge me more money. Once the job is completed, the 2 employees refuse to haul away aforementioned dishwasher because the boss prohibits them to. I call back the company and the boss is like, "sorry, we don't do that. I never told you we do that." After a back and forth, he hangs up the phone on me, a customer, a second time. Super professional. Way to go. This is a garbage company with an abysmal staff and management. You can find plumbers anywhere, they're a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time with Blue Plumbing. They'll screw you over and rip you off, no questions asked

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! This company practices price gauging!!! Make sure you check them out in the Better Business Bureau first. Boy, do I wish I had! I had a slow drip in my kitchen. They came in, dug a 5in x 5in hole into the concrete (the floor was already removed). It took them all of 45-minutes to complete the job. My charge... $3500! And, they left the hole just like that - exposed. I later received an estimate for the same job for 78% LESS minutes after they left!!!! I've already been taken advantage of, but if this saves one person, it's worth it. I've done research and single women and elderly are typically overcharged for plumbing jobs. I believe this is another gross example of that. NOTE: This is my first review for your company. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND CLICK MY NAME TO SEE ALL THE GREAT REVIEWS I'VE MADE IN THE PAST TO ETHICAL COMPANIES. This is my FIRST one star review EVER.

We experienced an outside water leak and called Full Service Plumbing for emergency service. They were very friendly and had two plumbers here right away to replace the broken pipe. We were very happy with the service and price
