John and his crew are excellent and do great work. But for some reason my trees, plants and grass do not react well to their efforts.i really appreciate all their work.

So far so good. John is very knowledgable and honest about costs and expectations. Our property was recently treated for an ant invasion and since that time, all the ants we've seen are dead.

Highly recommend them for your fertilization. I have not used them for pest control. I was so tired of trying to clean all the weed in my yard on my own that I knew there had to be an easier way. I hired them starting back in October and I don't have one single weed at the moment. My grass never, ever looked any better. I knew there had to be an easier way, hiring them. We bought our home in September and upon move in we found a few German roaches. I found Paradise Pest control and explained my phobia of roaches to John. He immediately came out and within a week we had zero signs of roaches. It’s been almost a year since we moved into our home and we have zero issues. I did see two outside American roaches (Florida problem) and I called John and he was out the next day. His professionalism and knowledge is exactly what I was looking for with a company. I highly recommend!

Just moved into our new home and the irrigation system was a mess. John and his team came out and got everything up and running for a fair price in a timely manner. Our grass is already growing back nicely after one application. Very happy with the services provided!

I changed to Paradise from a larger company over a year ago and have received superior customer service from them. Our professional-consumer relationship is more personable than when I used the larger company and the quality of their product was evident within the first 2 applications. John is just amazing. John has taken care of us for many years. Ever since I switched to Paradise Pest control I have had very little pest problems and the few problems I did have (due to heavy rain) John was great! Great company to work with. Reasonable prices. John Cross is polite and professional. He is very prompt an always send the same technician, Keniel to my house. Keniel is very polite and take his time to ensure that I am satisfied with the service. He addresses all my concerns and never rush through the job.

I have been using Paradise for about a year now, and have no complaints to date. I have used 3 other pest control companies and for multiple reasons they all ended up causing headaches for me. John is great to deal with but I typically don't have to because they show up when they say they will be there and do what they're contracted to do. Pricing is very fair and competitive as well.

UPDATE: I've had the system since summer 2025 and it works great. Tech James Missick first came out a few months ago to fix a defective mister/computer module. After he fixed everything, the same module failed again a few weeks ago and he was back today installing the new one and setting up my timer and app.

All their techs have been good but James seriously raises the bar in terms of service with his technical expertise, responsiveness and consistently cheerful disposition. Thank you again James!

2 years ago I bought and remodeled our 100 year-old home on a very lush lot in Coconut Grove. Except for a few cool months in the winter, the mosquitoes have made it impossible to enjoy our outdoor areas the rest of the year, so after doing my homework I decided to have a misting system installed.

Adrian and Jesus did an AMAZING job today installing the system. After explaining the various options on where to place the mister nozzles, they meticulously installed the missing system to cover all of our important outside living areas while making it almost invisible. After they finished they explained how everything works and showing me the insulation, they even did a final troubleshoot to replace one nozzle that was a little glitchy.

Thank you Adrian and Jesus for doing such a great job, I look forward to being able to actually enjoy my home’s outdoor areas!🙏🏻
