If I could give zero stars, I would.

We hired Noel Lights for our HOA and paid a deposit back in June. In October, I reached out to coordinate the Christmas lights installation, and as of December 2, the job is still not finished. Every time I contact them, I’m given the runaround with no real answers, no follow-through, and absolutely no professionalism.

This has been the worst experience unreliable, unresponsive, and far from what any community should deal with. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this company. They are the worst vendor you could hire for your HOA.

Noel Christmas Lights is the worst vendor our HOA has ever dealt with. The company provided no customer service. The customer service agent had a terrible attitude. We asked to speak to the owner to resolve the issue and never received any response. We sent in service tickets for lights that were not functioning and they never responded to any services tickets. When the service people came out, they had no idea what they were suppose to fix. They also broke our water meter box with their truck. Very disappointing......

I recommended Noel Christmas Lights for my friend’s wedding, and they did an absolutely amazing job! The lighting completely transformed the small space we had and it set the perfect mood throughout the night.

I’ve noticed several local businesses decorated by Noel Christmas Lights, and their work is absolutely beautiful! The displays are bright, classy, and really bring the holiday spirit to the community. You can tell they put a lot of care and creativity into every setup. Their lighting makes the whole area feel festive and welcoming — amazing work!

My HOA hired this company to put up the lights at the entrance to our South Florida community. Thousands of dollars are allocated to this yearly lighting project, which is usually met with much joy and anticipation. Sadly, this year (December 2024), our community finds that Noel Christmas Lights' work product is shoddy, unprofessional, and falls short of our expectations. As you can see from the photos, many of the lights do not work (since Day 1 of the installation), there is no discernible pattern, attention to detail is severely lacking, the lights messily climb up the trees, and overall, the display is tacky. Compared to our neighboring communities, our display has become a laughingstock in the area. Multiple calls and messages to Noel Christmas Lights Professional have gone unanswered (though they were quick to take our money). The lack of professionalism is mind boggling. Buyer beware of retaining this company to bring light to you holiday season, or for that matter, any important event (like weddings, etc.)

The light display at Bonnet Springs Park was AMAZINGGG! We drove all the way to St Augustine to see the Christmas lights and were more in awe of this light display in our hometown. And it was FREE to see them. Thank you thank you thank you for this wonderful park and free light display for this city. I know so many families are thankful to be able to take their families here for something to do without having to spends loads of money.

We should have reviewed Yelp instead of Google. Our HOA hired this company and was made aware that not only had 1 of 3 of our entrances been completed, but the one that was done has multiple outages. They replied that they fix the remaining entrances and outages, then retracted that, then ghosted us. The one entrance they completed looks disastrous. This was the first time the HOA hired them, with the hopes of having an annual agreement with them moving forward…and this is the quality reviewed from a new customer. Quite the first impression and the last.
