Noel Christmas Lights did a amazing job on my house. They were extremely professional, patient and paid very close detail to what I wanted and executed the job perfectly.

Noel is very professional and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and that he stayed until the event began to ensure all the lights were working properly.

Lights were great but not enough bathrooms are unlocked for the amount of people here on a Saturday. It’d be great to enjoy everyone in my family wasn’t about to piss themselves

Charged me thousands of dollars for lights they said I was BUYING and then called me in January asking for more money saying that I only "rented" them. When I refused they showed up in the middle of the night trespassed and stole the lights I paid for. Police report was filed and contacted state authorities. BEWARE THIEVERY

Noel and his team were very professional, paid much attention to detail and made sure to deliver on exactly what we’d asked for. Noel has been doing our Christmas lights for five years. He and his crew are punctual, polite, and professional. They have upgraded the quality of their lights and even in rainy Florida outages are rare. But, if there is a problem Noel and his team are very responsive. Great work, Noel!

Edit... These people used to be great. They have gone downhill the last couple of years. Last year it was multiple delays in installation. We were told several times the team "would be out tomorrow", but no one showed or called (try to give clients realistic expectations and a heads up if you are running late). I don't think the lights were finished until 10 days before Christmas. Then there was the garbage left (bulbs, clips, ties, etc.) in the grass, the bushes, etc. This year was the last straw. We were asked if the lights could be put up earlier than normal and a team would come by to turn them on the day after Thanksgiving. We were fine with that and was told we would be contacted with a date for installation. No one called and no one showed. We contacted Noel Hall and his assistant Jasmine by text and phone call asking about the status and neither would respond. By December 4th without any lights up, we decided to use another company. The company dropped the ball and left us hanging. Noel Hall and his associates are completely unreliable and unprofessional.

My private condominium hired Noel and his company to light the property in the front and back. He, and they, were very respectful every time we interacted with them, and any time that we had a situation, such as a light that wasn't working, they came either the same day or the next to immediately rectify the issue. Noel was also willing to work with us on pricing. All the lights came out beautifully, they all did a great job in stringing everything up. I would recommend them!

Amazing company, the owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure the lights were perfect for my niece’s wedding and they were! Jasmine Taylor was amazing and spoke to me throughout the installation process and before, to ensure everything would look beautiful. I highly recommend them and plan to use them every year!!!

Love this company. The lights were amazing, the price for them was okay considering all the overall look and how much it covered. I’m happy we went with Noel Christmas lights for our holiday celebration because it was a magical experience.

Beware! Made appointment online for 11/29 to get Holiday lights for my home. You need to send $149 PayPal to secure appointment. They come assess your home and give you a quote. Jasmine called and cancelled first appointment just prior but said she could come the following day at noon. At 12:25 I called and she stated she was late for the appointment but would be there at 1:15pm. I tried calling again at 1:40pm but no one answered and she never showed up. I called multiple times asking for a refund. I even spoke with the assistant to the owner Noel. She said she was so sorry and that she’d call back once she got approval from him for the refund. That was a week ago. I’ve put a claim into PayPal - first we did mediation but Noel never even responded. Now it’s been escalated but may take PayPal a month to resolve. I’ve since had a local handyman do my lights that was great. Would never use this company- they’re unreliable and customer service is not important to them. Mistakes happen but when they’re brought to a company’s attention and they don’t correct them or make things right, it’s a real reflection of the values of the company.
