Awful service. Extremely overpriced. Was told it would take 2 weeks.7 weeks later I had to go to 2 different showrooms to pick up my order.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I walk in and there is no one in the show room, I had to walk in the back offices to find someone and than a lady comes with nasty attitude not even trying to help just asked what I needed.
Don’t understand why it has so high rating here, and this is why I decided to come all the way to this store. I don’t recommend wasting your time in here.

I received zero customer care. I waited in the showroom for over 15 minutes. I wanted to buy a Blanco sink. Online here I come. The Sunrise location.

Otr drivers in 53 van ne carefull. Tight turnaround. Slide tandems up and hug fence line. Very doable but you can break off bateings. Full load 3-4 hour unloading. People friendly and spotter for your docking.

Worse experience ever! Bought hot water heater from them: Wool is a Rheem dealer, unit worth $600 lasted maybe 3 years had plumber come out $500 than Wool wanted $150 to process the warrenty their defected unit. What a bunch of nonsense. Talked to Rheem they would do nothing ! But it was bought a Wool plus lies

Fourteen years ago, I got a Kohler faucet from Wool Kitchen and Bath. The faucet,which has a lifetime warranty from Kohler, broke, and I was instructed to contact the store. I spoke to our current salesperson, Betsy Huaman. She verfied the warranty, contacted Kohler, and arranged for the parts to be sent. When the plumber came to install the parts, he found that the whole faucet needed replacement. I again contacted Betsy, who found out Kohler had a 3 month backlog on the part. She was able to work with Kohler to provide us with the replacement faucet from the stock that Wool Kitchen and Bath had on hand. The service from Betsy, Kohler, and Wool Kitchen and Bath was OUTSTANDING. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought thousands of dollars of plumbing fixtures from Wools in 2007. My kohler bathroom trim busted and was corroded when i went to replace the valve. It was discontinued but wools still had some. Kohler sent a letter to wools and the replaced the $400. trim at no charge. Kohler also replaced a trim in my bathtub. They have a lifetime warranty for as long as you live in the house and they stand by their products. I have a double sink and would have had to replace a lot of trim to match my whole house. I appreciate Kohler and Wools plumbing

Outstanding customer service. Betsy is amazing!!! Needed a very specific piece from the Kohler "Artifacts" line that even Kohler themselves couldn't find for me. Betsy went out of her way to figure out the exact model, part number, even images and schematics for a very high-end kitchen setup. She even contacted Kohler and had the pieces sent to my home directly. Rarely see that kind of service these days.

Great Service! To fully appreciate the knowledge and expertise Wool has to offer, we strongly recommend you make an appointment. Staci took care of us. We were never rushed, the selection was extensive . . . once she knew the style we were looking for, she showed us all of our options. She provided all the required extras never seen or thought of but needed for installation, she missed nothing! Her attention to detail guided us in all the right directions, all the right decisions! We are thrilled with our new bathroom and thankful she played a role in helping us pull it together. Looking forward to doing our Kitchen!

I have worked with Betsy twice in the last half year for two bathroom renovations and she was extremely helpful on both occasions. She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and personable and even drew things out for me so that I could ensure installation ran smoothly. The place is small but the truck enters well, if you are professional cdl you do it well, fast unloading and the very friendly people offer you bath, water or coffee thank you

Another location of Wool that couldn’t understand what a Parts Department is. Was forwarded here by another Wool location for a part they had in stock, only then to learn they cant sell to the public…. Yacht owners, engineers, and Captains… go elsewhere. They don’t want us.

I spoke with Larry from Wool Plumbing Supply, the wholesaler responsible for handling the warranty exchange for my Rheem water heater. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. Even though my water heater is still under warranty and Rheem approved the replacement, Wool Plumbing Supply refused to assist me directly because I am an end consumer. Larry told me that they only work with licensed plumbers and that I would need to hire one just to process the exchange — even though I am fully capable of replacing the unit myself.
I asked multiple times for help so I wouldn’t have to spend an unnecessary $600 on labor, but they wouldn’t cooperate in any way. I even asked whether they would help me if I were a plumber, and Larry said yes — but only if I presented a plumber’s license. This clearly shows they have no interest in helping the actual customers who purchased their product, and instead push people into hiring a plumber or buying a new unit.
Very disappointing experience. Do not buy from this company.
