Reviews of local pros in Sunrise, Florida

Many of my local friends have used Code 3 and swear by their workmanship and service. Scott from Code 3 just came and washed our entire house, roof, patio, driveway - and I know he'll be our go-to pressure cleaning expert from now on! Our home looks like new, the roof is spotless, and he couldn't have been nicer. His price was also very fair and lower than some competitors (who do not do as solid a job as Scott)! My advice is to call Code 3 if you live in West Broward County. They also cover house painting, too.

Scott has done a couple of jobs for me and the quality of the work is exceptional. 100% recommended.

Called last week Monday and set up service for that Wednesday. I called around a few companies but decided to go with that company because of the owner’s knowledge about roof cleaning procedures , let say he spent about 30 minutes on the phone explaining to me and that was very nice and showed he cares about his work.
He came on time and started working immediately getting the roof, driveway and patio done very fast . They all look brand new. the price charged was fair for all these work.

I scheduled a roof cleaning for a Saturday morning a week prior, and Scott texted me on the Saturday morning that he could not come due to equipment malfunction. No issue. We re-scheduled for the following Tuesday morning, and confirmed. Tuesday came and Tuesday went. I waited. Nobody arrived, no messages, nothing. The company may quite possibly do good work, but if they do not keep appointments, whats the point? I cannot recommend them.

Scott was amazing, good communication, explained everything to me, arrived on time and very thorough. I highly recommend Scott and his company!

Code 3 Pressure Washing did an excellent job.
Scott understood what my house was needing in terms of cleaning, and performed a quick and efficient job. Needless to mention that he attended to the site the same day I called and price for the service was reasonable.
I highly recommend Code 3 Pressure Washing

I highly recommend Code 3 Pressure Washing. Booking our appointment was easy and he worked with my schedule. Scott is wonderful to work with and very professional. He took time and paid attention to detail. Pricing is reasonable. My house looks like new!

Scott was a pleasure to work with. I needed my house clean in a short period of time. Scott was responsive and got the job done quickly and well done. I will definitely be using his services again.

Great job by Code 3! We couldn't have been happier with the results. We had our roof, driveway, patio and screen enclosure done for a very reasonable price. Scott is reliable, professional and great at what he does. We weren't home when he finished the job but he made sure to call us later that same day to make sure that we were satisfied with his work, and we were. We will definitely be using Code 3 again. Thank you Scott!

Scott was great to work with. Easy to schedule, fast and reliable.
The before and after pictures he took were amazing.

Scott did pressure washing of my roof, drive way and patio. He was courteous and responsive to my request. The quality of his job was excellent except that most plants adjacent to the exterior walls withered and some died a few days after the washing. Although Scott did warn me of the deleterious effects of chemical washing on plants, I would still like him to have taken some precautions to protecting those plants. Otherwise I would give him a five-star for his good service and professionalism. Having said that, I will not hesitate to use his service again and recommend him to my friends.

Scott did a great job. Our roof and patio look amazing. His pricing was competitive and fair. He arrived exactly on time and even called to let us know he was in the way. We will use his services again. Thank you!

We have been working with Code 3 for years, always with good and long lasting results.! Their work is efficient, neat and fairly priced. Will definitely call them next time. TM, Weston FL

Scott the owner is very nice guy.
Took time out to explain how he pressure cleans the roof without using heavy scrubbing equipment and high pressure water that can damage the tiles.

Scott has pressure washed my driveway a few times and has always had great service. I decided to have him repaint my house and I'm glad I did! He was very thorough in explaining each part of the quote and consistently worked hard to get the job done quickly but well. The final product is amazing and I'm more than happy with the whole process!

Amazing job by Code 3 Wash! House was pressure cleaned with bio-friendly products safe for pets, which I have. In addition, removed all the model and rust I had on my fence. Thanks so much for doing any amazing job!
