Reviews of local pros in Sunrise, Florida

I had my roof cleaned by Scott. He was amazing and did an amazing job. He is professional, reliable and very reasonable. His work product lasts longer than any other company I have used in the past. Highly recommend him and his company.

This was My first time using and calling this pressure washer Company. The Owner Scott was informative over the phone and answering my questions and concerns with kindness and patience. The appointment time that was scheduled he arrived on time And was very friendly to review everything we spoke about on the phone and went through full detail on what he'll be doing on my roof and driveway. The work was Cleaned properly in a professional and organized manner at a very good pace of time. I would definitely recommend code 3 pressure washing company to My friends, family and colleagues.

Scott was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was very communicative, came out to assess the property and gave a quote as soon as possible, quoted an incredible price, & went above and beyond with his work.

I highly recommend working with Scott & will definitely be reaching out in the future when I need pressure washing services again!

We have used Scott before and he’s done a professional job however, when the time is needed, especially now when I’m trying to sell my house and he told me that he was going to be here, he uses an excuse by saying the weather has delayed me for four days or three days and he knew I was in a pickle and I needed this done today and he goes ahead and cancels on me the last minute thanks Scott. Really appreciate it buddy just like a typical Florida business down Here.

Very professional with a quick response time and service. See before and after photos.

Scott did a great job with pressure washing our driveway and roof! We then hired him to paint the outside of our house. Our house is beautiful! He is very conscientious about his work….meticulous with our entry area and door. He is reliable and kept in touch with us during the whole process. Will will definitely hire him again!
