My pool was leaking.
I called them and in 1week I had my pool repaired. Very responsive company with excellent people and tools to detect effectively the leaks.
Alex worked on my case and we did an excellent job!

Hired American Leak Detection to come out and repair a leak they found in our bathroom. Adam and Jose did a fantastic job! Not only were they quick but they made sure to communicate with me throughout the whole process.

The work was done very clean with minimal damage to the walls while they made their repairs.

Will definitely use American Leak Detection again and ask for Adam or Jose if you want a job done right the first time!

Alejandro from ALD just came to my home and solved a leak problem within minutes of his arrival from an ongoing issue between multiple companies that had previously been out. He was very professional and explained everything along the way. Thank you Alex!!

American Leak Detection is excellent in detecting and repairing water leaks. I had a water leak in my kitchen. Several plumbers attempted to find the "slab leak" but failed.

Jose Estrella, highly knowledgeable and gracious, came in, and within 20 mins he detected the leak under the foundation-slab without further destruction of my home.

The customer service representative Ms. Diane was very good reassuring that the leak will be detected and thereafter, scheduled the repair immediately.

Highly recommend! We hired them to do a pool inspection on the home we are buying. Since we were under the inspection period they scheduled an inspection within the same week we called. Alex was our specialist and he was so thorough! The inspection took about 2 hours and he was able to tell us on-site what to expect in the detailed report. Luckily, no major issues to report but we were so pleased with their work and professionalism! They take payment after the inspection on-site which was very easy. Can’t recommend enough and ask for Alex!

AVOID!!! I had Excessive Mainline water usage. Called American Leak Detectors. Explained what i already knew and they were anxious to come right out! Tech Dan blows gas -water-whatever into very small area near meter box and tree and put a flag on area where there is no pipe line whatsoever!!! Aside from this failure to detect legitimately-he puts flag on fake spot. Dan belly ached about the drizzle, had no rain gear, barely checked my inside-allergic to kittens/was here half hour, used my toilet. ..supposed to be 2 hrs. For fake service and excessive money. $550. My Plumbing company says ALD are know for this. Scammers! RUN.

Alex the technician was an absolute gentleman. He was very thorough and found my leak and repaired the leak. Alex is a very professional and knowledgeable technician. I would use American Leak again for any type leak problem.

I seldom write reviews, however I must take the time to acknowledge the professionalism of Devondro Hite from American Leak. He was on time, not only respectful but also personable; working patiently, diligently, & thoroughly, to identify the source of the leak. While I recognize that is his job, I applaud his approach, & his passion for what he does. Thank you Devondro!

The technician Alex Nacher was professional and kept me informed what he was doing and where the problems probably comes from. He is going to set up another appointment for some pipes behind a wall in garage has need to be corrected.

Had a great experience with this company. Came out when promised and found leak in a timely manner so no overtime prices. Charles Ayers was our primary technician. Very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly to stop our slab leak with a minimum of invasion to house and walls. His team mate Adam was also very good. And Diane in the office was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend American Leak Detection. Made a messy problem go away as fast as possible.

Do yourself a favor. NEVER use this company. We engaged them to find a leak. our property is 1/2 a city block so it large. We isolated the area of the leak and showed the tech. He then proceeded to wander around the property, nowhere near the area we showed him, finally came back over and said "It's too noisy here for me to locate anything". We were then billed $675 for what? ZERO service. Repeated calls to the company to speak with a manager NEVER answered. Now they threaten to send the bill to a collection agency. Not only can they not find leaks, they cannot offer even the smallest amount of customer service or even speak to you about any issue you have. You are better off with a divining rod than calling these people.

I used American leak detection for a mystery leak where my water heater is located. American leak detection sent out James Brooks and he came out twice. Although we paid him $675, we have not yet received the detailed report of the leak, it will be 2 weeks tomorrow since he first came to assess the problem and still nothing. Don’t think he is confident in his assessment. Because all of a sudden the machine needed to fix the problem is not working and they can’t do the job for us. What a coincidence and convince for them. And on top of that when we call the company, they tell use to contact the technician and basically do their job! I originally sent a positive review, however this company and technician has not proven to be professional. Please use a different company.

Not only did he find the leak efficiently without making a mess of my home, he provided instructions on the best way to approach the repair. Used them years ago and the service was great! Fixed my pool leaks. Trying to give them business again with my new home but they are too good for it. At least the coordinator Tracy did not want my business. Her tone was very cold. She did not work with me at all when it comes to scheduling. Obviously too busy for me. I would understand if they are really too busy but she should at least sound friendly and apologetic. However, she sounded indifferent and did not want to do business with me at all. Then I won't be your client as you wish! Sorry American Leak Detection, you are probably a good company but you have bad employee like Tracy. You are losing your business because of her.

We had a plumbing leak in our bathroom that caused quite a bit of water damage. Adam Dunn with American Leak Detection of South Florida promptly came out, found the source the leak and fixed it. He was an absolute professional and a gentleman. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, saving us time, aggravation, and money! I highly recommend him !!

Alex came out to my rental property and thoroughly checked for leak. He was courteous, very patient with me asking a lot of questions. He explained with solid knowledge about water usage, what to look out for when suspected with leak, etc. Nick answered my first call to their office, nicely explained what services I should expect from them. It was easy to schedule an appointment, staffs were all friendly and punctual. American leak detection company is now my go to company for any leak concern. Highly recommend.
