I was having trouble getting my nest thermostat to stop changing the temperature on its own, my wife and i have been dealing with this problem for months! We finally caved and decided to call a technician. Mike came out and fixed the issue in about 30 seconds haha! Very professional, and very helpful! My tenants kept having problems with the a/c so I called Mike at service shield and he was there right away. He was professional and corrected the issue. Our AC broke down yesterday and their technician Mike came out and was very professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with our system. The main issue being a grounded compressor. After explaining all of our options given that the system was from 2011 we decided to replace the system. Mike was able to get us a new system the next day. The install process was exceptional Mike & Shawn were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend Service Shield for anyone in the Sunrise area having AC trouble! I contacted service shield because my AC unit was not cooling, the technician came right out within 90 minutes and had it back up and running in no time, he took the time to explain what was wrong, and gave me a really fair price, Needless to say I won’t be using any other company from now on!
