Highly recommend Rush Hour Appliance Repair. Our fridge stop working 1 day before Thanksgiving. Call Rush Hour at 930 in the morning. Repaired by 1130. Great customer service!

Tony was awesome, he came on time as scheduled and serviced my refrigerator that I was having low water pressure. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes, thanks Tony!!

Seven years with the same washing machine and this was the first real problem I'd ever had with it. Wasn't ready to give up on it yet so I called and the appliance repair technician came out and gave it a proper look. Glad I didn't just scrap it because whatever he did worked and it's been running without any trouble since.

I called today to see if I would be able to have a Dish Washer and Washing Machine looked at. I was surprised to be told they would be able to come out the same day to evaluate the appliances for repair. They had a fee for each piece of equipment for them to come look at and I understood. I was informed they would send someone to my house between i believe 2:30-4:00 ( i might be a little off but recall 4pm as I had a meeting and discussed I would just take off work but I needed to be in that meeting and wanted to make sure they didn't just ring the bell and leave) The gentleman on the call informed me they call about 30 minutes prior to showing up, I was pretty happy seemed I would get it resolved and all should be good. At 603 pm I had to call the company back knowing they close at 6pm to find out they were not coming. They did not call to let me know so I could go back to work. They didn't attempt to contact me in anyway I had to reach out to get this information. I am always shocked that companies charge me for their time but do not reimburse me for my loss for taking the day off.

The gentleman on the phone did express his apologies and informed me of a possible issue that happened. I explained it only took a phone call or text to let me know. He did also suggest that he might be able to get someone to come out as an after hours call to attempt to solve the issue but it could take an hour or more. I appreciate the attempt but it was to late at this point.

Our gas cooktop had one burner that wouldn’t ignite. The repairman cleaned out the jet and now it lights every time. He was in and out in 30 minutes.

Shine Sunrise Appliance Repair is a life saver! My refrigerator broke down and I was afraid all my food would spoil, but I called and got appointment and they repaired the refrigerator at a reasonable price.
