Absolutely excellent service, professional, competent and thorough. Steve and JC have always, for many years, been so responsive and provided incredible customer service. We recently were losing water in our pool. Not only did JC bulldog this until the problem was found, but trouble-shooted the entire pool and turned a blah, cloudy and "stagnant" looking pool into a crystal clear, diamond-sparkling and super inviting swimming place. I am now so happy when I look at the pool and even happier to swim beneath the gorgeous sparkling surface. Thank you Steve and JC for restoring our pool's condition and bringing much needed satisfaction and happiness to our back yard oasis. Highly, highly recommend!!

After doing an exhaustive search for a pool company, living in South Florida you hear all the pool horror stories, I’m pleased to say that COASTLINE POOLS is the company I chose. From the beginning estimate to the firing up of the pool at completion this company showed the professionalism I was looking for. I am naturally a cautious person and I can reassure you that if I had to do it all over again I would hire Coastline. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive, they were fairly priced and you get what you pay for, I wanted a great job and that’s what I got. I have already recommended Coastline 3 times already and will in the future. Thank You Steve I appreciate you and your company

We contracted with Coastline Pools and after we gave deposit, as the owner stated work began within a few days. From the time they drained the pool and did all the work it was just over a week. Over all we are very satisfied with the company, owner and the entire experience. We did have a few issues with the quality of the application of the Diamond Brite and after speaking with Steve the owner he had someone come and make corrections. I am awaiting a meeting with Steve to show him a few others areas needing to be polished, but expect he will make sure we are completely satisfied in the end. His company have been very professional and I would recommend them.

Working with Steve is nothing short of a pleasure. He knows his business very well and listens and evaluates before making a suggestion. We had diamond brite our pool again after 25 years and we had Steve update our pool system bringing us out of the dark ages.

We went with Jandy and wound up have a connection issue. Steve got Jandy to contact us right away and the problem was not only resolved, the tech taught us how to reconnect the system to my cell, if this ever happens again, as well as a few good to know pool tips.
Steve answers the phone when you call and if it goes to voicemail he calls you right back.

We are happy with our pool and would use Coastline Pools again in the future.

Steve as the owner operates an efficient and professional pool business. Coastline Pools resurfaced our pool with diamond brite as well as installing lights. We are extremely satisfied with his work and all his crews completed their work on time and took care to clean up following the project. I highly recommend his company.

I contacted Coastline Pools to refinish my pool. Steve came out for the quote on time and was extremely knowledgeable on how to get my pool back in working order. He and his office communicated very well and kept me posted on the next step of construction and what to expect. His crew was on time, professional and did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. I truly recommend this company to anyone who has any pool issues!!!!

I’m not a customer nor will I be based on what I experienced today (September 7, around 12:15 pm) from one of your drivers. While driving around in a residential area in Weston, your driver was apparently in a hurry and did not like that I legally exited my community and wasn’t going fast enough for him. He started to just stay behind me for a bit closely and then pulled ahead and slowed down. As I attempted to pass him, he would swerve his truck to block me from doing so. He repeated this maneuver a couple of times. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or this is typical behavior, but I felt compelled to write this review to warn others regarding the lack of regard for safety from this individual. Please be mindful that you are representing the company while engaging in that behavior. I’m attaching the photos as proof.

The owner, office manager as well as the workers were outstanding . The pool is now beautiful with the diamond Brite. I was well informed about the entire process. Also, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend the company to my neighbors.

Coastline Pools has been servicing my pool for over 3 years. I have always had quality service and customer service. Recently I had to have my pool resurfaced with Diamond Brite. Steve and his team did an incredible job! I am a very happy customer!

I contracted Coastline Pools after meeting with Steve S. My contract was for a new border, diamond bright, LED light and pressure test. They were on time with the job and the workers were very nice. However, the border is horrible. You can see in the pictures the border is wavy - both up and down and also wavy in and out. The border line is crooked, and the seams to the tiles show. To make a long story short for almost 4 weeks Steve has arguing with me about replacing the border. First he denied that there was any problem with the border... then he blamed me, then he blamed the 1 x 1 tiles. All he does is give you the run around. He does not take any responsibility for the work his team performs. I to chose Coastline for their reviews and I understand that human error happens but as a consumer I expect correction of the problem, not excuses. Pictures are attached. I am filing for a BBB review. CHECK THEIR WORK PRIOR TO PAYING. PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS. Steve's response is that he offered to fix any and all...NOT THE CASE...You had plenty of opportunity to replace or refund and chose "the run around" approach. Now you have to defend and again BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. You have my contact information Steve

Had coastline pools give me an estimate 9 years ago for a repair and thought they were honest and this year we decided to redo the pool and called them and was not disappointed.
Steve was responsive and reliable and kept his word which I feel is very important.
Carmen and John were also great.

You probably received my message after hours today letting you know the salt generator didn't have power. Well, it does and all is well. Had to reset the clock and everything seem ok now. Just want to let you know the crews you have working for are second to none. They all did a fantastic job and they were true professionals. Anyone looking to get their pool remodel in our small area will definitely have your name from us. Reviews on Google forthcoming.

I have to tell you, they are the best. I have worked in the building industry for over 45 years and I am now retired. Steve told me when they would be here to do the work and guess what? They were here on time. How many companies have waited all day for? and they never showed up? Robert found my leak right away and fixed it promply after finding it. It is so nice to find a company that does what say they are going to do.
I can not say enough good things about this company.

I just utilized Coastline Pool Service for a new pool pump. The service performed was outstanding. From the time the first call was made until the work was finished the company was fantastic. Steve and Terry were great, very professional and friendly. Coastline Pool Service pricing was the best I found. I would highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

Excellent service, nice people. Outstanding work refurbishing my pool with new tiles and Diamond Brite. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and recommend Coastline highly for all pool service, including lighting and other features, as well as repair needs.

We were looking for a completer remodel of our existing pool. It was 17 years old and really needed an updating. From start to finish the job was done promptly and professionally. The owner Steve Schaefer met us within a day of the first call and we had a preliminary quote on our first visit. We ended up with a totally beautiful pool and spa with all new equipment, a salt system, and a new LED light. Coastline's workers were very courteous and responsive to us when we found little imperfections and always fixed what we pointed out. The end product was well worth the money and we are enjoying our new pool and spa already!

I am very happy with Steve and his crew for an excellent resurfacing and new tile for my 20+ year old pool. Steve was with the project from start to finish. Carmen was so helpful in picking out tile, and pool color. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up after each process. I would highly recommend Coastline if you're thinking of resurfacing.

Follow up 8 months later. In March I contacted Steve. There were stains in the pool which could not be defined. Steve referred me to the Diamond Brite company which referred me to Coastline. Diamond Brite also recommended draining the pool for an acid wash. The surface was 3 months old at that point. I contacted another pool company, came out treated the pool. The stains are still there. There appears to be a milky residue which is evident when cleaning the filter. Today I noticed the surface is uneven on the sides of the pool. There is a thick layer just under the new tile then the surface dips down. There are indentations where the Diamond Brite is not a thick as in other areas. Those depressions have stains. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed. Attached are recent pictures.
