We used Kessler construction for a remodel of our existing Bonus space. It was a challenging project to say the least, but Kessler was excited to have the opportunity to solve our problem and I am so happy we used this family business for our remodel. Throughout the process, they were upfront with expectations and costs, and they consistently kept our goals in mind for the renovation to appear as if it had always been a part of our home. Even when there were hiccups with subcontractors or an unexpected delay of something that was ordered, I was always kept in the loop and knew what to expect. I appreciated being able to use their co-construct website to approve or change selections and the timeline with the scheduled drafts was listed to be sure I always knew when things were due. While they mainly specialize in new builds, for our large remodel project ( moving a laundry room, adding stairs and remodeling a bonus room), they were the perfect company to work with.

Kessler Construction remodeled a very
sad, old, damaged Master Bath for us earlier this year. Having undergone a horrific Kitchen remodel by another contractor, we were leery and very concerned. Not only did Kessler keep their word. they exceeded anything we could have envisioned.

We had excellent communications, any concerns were addressed immediately, every employee was punctual, respectful and polite but best of all, the job was brought in on time and on budget with a superb finished Master Bath. We have several other projects to be done and Kessler Construction is our only choice.

We recommend them highly with no reservations whatsoever.

We have used Kessler for three renovation projects on our home. After the first time, we were so happy that we didn’t even bother soliciting other bids for the later jobs. It has always been my experience that during any construction project of any complexity, some issues and/or questions will arise. Whenever that happened, the Kessler folks made sure that things were right – period – no hassles. In fact they have always worked closely with us to see that our expectations were fully met. That alone is worth a lot. I can highly recommend them.

My wife and I chose Kessler to build our dream beach house in Florida. They did a stunning job! We lived far away and couldn't visit often and Kessler was the best decision we ever made. Super professional, very responsive, awesome web portal with frequent photos of the construction process and items we selected. Entire house took about 9 months, which is pretty good since COVID restricted how many tradesfolk groups could be on site at once. We just moved in a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Stellar craftmanship and attention to detail and you can tell they care about producing the best that they can. We'd use them again if we ever built another house in the Tallahassee area!

Building during Covid was challenging but Kessler made it doable. I often had changes to the original plan and they were met with encouragement and offered many options. I’ve been in my home for over a year now and just love it. I highly recommend Kessler construction for your new home or remodel!

Skyline is a family run business. When I came across one of their houses under construction, I was hooked. This 3000sft 5B/3.5B home is about as close to a perfect house for me then if I designed it myself! I had a few change orders, and the builder was more than amenable as possible!
