Custom Home Builder reviews in Tallahassee, Florida

Nailed it provides absolutely beautiful and quality craftsmanship! Amber & her team are wonderful. Highly recommend this custom home builder!

Amber, Will, and their team made it possible for my husband and I to not only own our first home, but one we've spent years dreaming of. Our style was not always the norm, but they listened and assisted every step of the way. Any questions you have during the process, they answer. And not days later. No, you get a response right away. Our project manager, Ray, did a fantastic job keeping us updated and on track and we were even able to move in ahead of schedule. If you are looking for a builder in Tallahassee, you can't go wrong with Nailed It. They helped us take our ideas and turn them it into a warm place we can call home.

We had an amazing experience working with NailedIt! Amber, Will, Ray, Ashley, and Moe are personable, professional, and a joy to work with.

Very good to work with

Great experience. They nailed it !

Awesome Beautiful Home I Wish I Could Have One

Always available when we have questions or need something done.

Both Ray and Chuck were wonderful, kind, caring, generous men. Their subcontractors were the same way! They were ALWAYS accommodating and responsive, be it text, call or visit. We would not hesitate for an instant to use NAILED IT again or to refer the company to anyone!

I contacted this company via email 12/13/22 for possible drywall repair. Unfortunately they don't perform drywall repairs, per Amber McKinney of their office. I can't rate them on their work per se, but was pleased that they responded to my email the same day my email was sent to them.

Wonderful attention to detail and follow up until the building was finished.

Thank you Nailed It for building our house. You did an awesome job; from beginning to end. The permits took awhile but when approved, everything went well. I highly recommend Nailed it, it’s not just a house, it’s a work of fine art.

I can’t say enough about Amber and her team at Nailed It!. She always picked up the phone and was happy to answer any questions I asked. Nailed It delivered beyond my expectations. I’ve recommended them to everyone who’s asked about my builder.

Moved into our beautiful home in December 2020 in Mariana Oaks, Tallahassee. If ever we had an issue, Nailed It Tallahassee was there to make it right!! We are always getting compliments about the interior finishes of our home. Thank you Nailed It Tallahassee (Amber McKinney)!!!

Really enjoyed working with Amber and the crew at Nailed it! If you bring the ideas of what you want they will execute! They made the building process easy and finished pretty fast! We love our newly built home. Thank you Nailed it!

Amber has done a fantastic job for two sets of my real estate customers. One of the customers had Amber build a custom home from the ground up. The buyer knew what she wanted and couldn't find a spec builder willing to make changes to their plans, so the hunt was on to find a custom builder. Amber listened and delivered a gorgeous Southwood home. The other customers bought a home that was already under construction in Marianna Oaks. Both had home inspections prior to close and the inspector was very pleased with the homes. Amber is responsive prior to the sale and after the sale. Her goal is to be so good that word of mouth advertising is the only advertising needed. Her homes are beautiful and well built. I absolutely recommend Amber and Nailed It! for any construction needs.

They did an awesome job on my dad’s house. They were very detailed, on time and produced an awesome build! Highly recommend!

Amber and her team helped us build our dream home from the ground up. We worked on the plans, to the layout, all the way to interior paint colors. She was patient, informative and very knowledgeable. Her team worked with proficiency and professionalism. And by that I mean we didn’t have a trash fest left in our yard. Our build was smooth and seem less, and our punch list was minimal. If we ever build again, it’s Nailed It all the way!

The most noticeable difference with working with Amber and her team was her Communication and punctuality of her workers. She was always available to talk or text and called me during the renovation to ask how I thought things were going. She also had her foreman check on the job multiple times. The job was started on the day she said and they worked all day and came back the next day early and worked until they were finished. They also cleaned up all of there mess leaving nothing behind. The job they completed was perfect and exactly what we needed. I will definitely use Amber and her crew again.

Nailed It did a great job building my 2br 2bth home. I am very happy with the results and have been getting compliments and inquiries as to who built the home. The results exceeded my expectations and recommended Nailed It to anyone looking to build.
