Dakyhia and Daniel just finished cleaning house etc. These two gentlemen were professional, kind and did an excellent job for us at a great price! Honestly my concrete in the back was quite dreadful. And now it looks like the cement is new. I've also spoken to people in the office who were all kind and helpful as well!

The folks at Water Works Exterior Cleaning did a great job. They were very responsive and provided a quote to me within an hour of asking for one. They kept in touch with me after I confirmed the appointment. They sent me a text the day before to remind me and the day of the cleaning they sent me a text when there and a text when done. The roof and house came out amazing. I would highly recommend anyone looking for soft washing call the folks at Water Works. The photos are of the roof before and after and a couple of the exterior of the house they washed.

We recently hired this exterior power wash company and the results were outstanding. From the first call to the final walk thru , the team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the process, protect our landscaping, and made sure every surface was cleaned properly. Our siding, patio look brand new again. Years of dirt and buildup were completely removed without any damage. The attention to detail really stood out - especially around the windows , trim and hard to reach areas. Except jackpot! Hit the exact moment the produce guy finished stocking. These peppers were stacked, glossy, zero wrinkles, no “I’ll cut around it” spots. Grabbed the best one like I’d just secured the last parking space at Trader Joe’s on a Saturday. Small win, big energy.

I only had a few days to get the job done and wasn’t sure that anyone would be able to help me out due to the short notice but I tried calling several places for help anyway, and A & R advised me that they would try and help me but no promises. Help me they did, they showed up a day later and did an excellent job of my lawn, thanks to them I probably saved myself a headache from my landlord. He is always steps ahead in noticing any possible issues - always right on the mark when it comes to diagnosis of problems. He has helped us with many projects as well. We know that he can and will be there to help us keep up our yard and assist with other maintenance. We consider ourselves most fortunate to have A& R Lawn Care as our service provider.

We hired A&R for a pretty big project (basically, to undo the damage caused by years of not taking care of our yard properly) and are very happy with the results. They gave us a good price, put us on the schedule within a week, and the crew was professional and thorough. We'll definitely be hiring them again for regular maintenance going forward.

It is rare for me to rate businesses, but A&R is absolutely worth the exception. Octavio has been taking care of my lawn for more than 5 years and is amazingly reliable and affordable. What is most nice is that he treats my yard as though it is his own - always providing me with feedback on things like fungus, pests etc and how what steps I can take to make it look perfect. The attention to detail, combined with the customer service I always receive makes A&R my total go to lawn care service. What started as a once per quarter yard clean up and hedge trimming has turned into me handing all aspects of my lawn care over to them. There truly aren't enough starts to award them!!
