We are so grateful to have found Marc Waller and his crew for our lawn care needs. They completely transformed our landscaping and yard! We were so impressed that we are using them bi-weekly now for regular yard maintenance! Highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with our service from start to finish with Lawn Johns. We had them do a major landscaping project that we have been meaning to get completed for a while. The project included our front and back yard with hedge trimming, a full service of mowing, clearing out weeds, and edging with roof blow off. They pruned trees, removed unwanted shrubs and trees, and landscaped our front beds and around our AC unit with the heavy fabric and decorative rocks. We also had a tree removed from tree service earlier in the year so they put in sod where it had been removed. They had some leftover sod so they were able to fill in other areas of our yard as well.

Marc was very responsive with coming out to give us an estimate, provide us with details, and answer any questions we had. The day of the project the whole team came out and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for all our lawn needs in the future!

Lawn Johns really came through for us when no one else would! We were getting ready to put our house on the market and our realtor suggested two other companies, one kept blowing us off and one was super rude and said he wasn't interested in a one-time job. we were running out of time and our realtor asked around with his coworkers and Lawn Johns was suggested. The owner immediately responded to my request, and was at our house within a few days to get it all spiffy and ready for the market. They did fabulous work trimming all the hedges, tending to a few flower beds, and mowing and edging the lawn. If we weren't moving out of town I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone needing landscaping done.

After calling several other lawn companies in town only to get a very pricey quote or have them never show up for an estimate, I called Lawn Johns. They came right out, gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled the work in a timely manner. Both houses they did for us look great and Mark is easy to work with. Would recommend.

Our yard was in a bad way and The Lawn Johns came to our rescue! Affordable, quality work, efficient process. They brought a 5-person crew to clean up our 2.6 acres in just over an hour! And when they were done mowing, these guys pulled out their blowers and cleared up any piles of clippings they saw so it wouldn’t kill the grass underneath! We had a small miscommunication on where our property line ended (our fault as much as theirs) and they sent a crew out the very next morning to finish a spot they had missed. I definitely recommend their service!

Marc and his crew have done a great job on my lawn! They were quick to come out and provide a very reasonable estimate. They put in sod months ago which still looks great today. I have recently begun a year-long contract with them. Any time I need anything extra done or find something I'd like done differently, they are quick to take action and make sure I am completely satisfied. Marc and his crew are friendly and work hard! We've used them for a few years now and they've done excellent work. Always prompt with their visits, handle any additional work we've asked them to do without issue and are in and out quickly with exceptional quality yard work. I am really satisfied with the service performed by the The Lawn Johns. They did an excellent job. The edging and the mowing of the grass were superb. I explained to them some things I wanted done and they did the task with complete satisfaction. They worked diligently until the job was completed. They were also very friendly and very professional. Because of their satisfactory performance, I highly recommend them.

When they came out for an estimate I asked for full, comprehensive service. To me that includes mowing, edging, trimming, weed control (in flower beds), trimming bushes and low hanging branches. All they ever did was mow, blow and go. They claimed to control the weeds but I never really saw any control and ended up cutting most of them myself. When the spring buds (lilies & amaryllis) died off I asked why they didn't cut off the dead flowers, they replied that they'll die down on their own (really? ... and while that happens I have a bunch of dead flowers by my front door). I asked for one bush to be trimmed and they charged an extra $21! That was it, no more. I gave 2 stars b/c they always came on schedule.

I don't appreciate someone walking into my carport, especially when I'm not home to hang a flyer on my door. Use the front door instead of intruding into someone's space.

Why did I not call The Lawn Johns earlier? The first to respond to requests for quotes. The best prices of all the estimates. The initial visit with Marc was very pleasant. He listened to our concerns and offered his opinion with our choices. They were able to come out the very next day first thing and exceeded all of our expectations with their professionalism and work performance. Set up a regular maintenance schedule for the future. We could not be happier with the experience. Highly recommend.

We've been using The Lawn Johns for over a decade for our yard maintenance and they've always done an excellent job and kept things looking very nice. Over the years, however, the trees in our front yard have become overgrown, choking out the sunlight and killing off the lawn, hedges, and pretty much everything else.

After removing the trees, we hired them to design our landscaping, lay sod, and plant some flowers. They also suggested we fix the drainage issues, which was well-worth it to ensure our yard looked its best. After getting the HOA approval, they quickly came in, completed the work very professionally, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Since they completed the work, I have had at least a dozen neighbors compliment us on our new yard and how incredible it looks. The transformation is amazing as you can see in the photos.

So I haven’t been able to take care of my yard due to surgery and my husband works 12-15 hours shifts in the hot sun so the yard truly got away from us. I am absolutely satisfied the service I received. They were on time, efficient and extremely professional. They asked me exactly what I wanted and double checked before doing anything. They not only leveled the yard and killed some snakes but they also left a row of flowers/weeds at my request because #SaveTheBees. They also dug up an invasive elephant ear while maintaining my philodendron. The owner Mark is amazing and his staff are so polite!

I was very pleased with the service, price, and outcome of the job Lawn Johns was contracted to do at my home. I trusted them to clean up 3 large beds (weeding, spraying, trimming, laying landscape fabric, and mulching in my absence due being called out of town suddenly. These 3 beds were in terrible shape. They did the work and Marc sent me pictures when the work was complete. I’m very happy with the result.
