My wife and I just bought a home in june, and anyone whom has bought a home knows all the stresses of HOA'S if they have had to deal with one! ON TOP of everything else, So we were in the market for a landscape company that does a little bit of everything, and let me just say, my wife and I have very high expectations we both work for the local National cemetery, which has no room for errors. well after a undescribably, absolutely, horrible experience with LAWN STARTER! I was able to find Bennett Lawn Care Professionals, and I can NOT Express enough the AMAZING job that was done! Chad Bennett and his team were professional, on time, always willing to communicate, and explain everything through each step of the process. My wife and I wont hire anyone else! Still 2 days after my whole yard was landscaped front and back by Chad and his team, we find ourselves speechless! Our neighbors have even complimented the work and asked what company did our landscaping. Great job Chad! A HUGE THANK YOU FROM MY WIFE AND I, and we will be recommending your company to all of our friends and colleagues!! Very SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!! Thanks again to Bennett Lawn Care Professionals!! They invoiced me despite not coming out and providing service last month. At first, I thought it was a mistake and emailed them saying no one had been out yet. They never responded but instead called and left me a message saying I was past due. I called back, but no one answered and I left a message explaining I was still waiting on them to come out. No one returned my call but I kept getting generic notices of an invoice owed. I called again and left a detailed message of the dates of the invoice and the date they last came out. No response. I got another generic invoice email and so I called them for a THIRD time. I finally got the owner who insisted that they had been out because his guys had “checked my house off their sheet.” Don’t use them. They’re obviously very poorly run. My sister was going to use them before all this went down, but they never called her back after she called multiple times to set up new service. Chad seemed like a nice guy, but he’s too unorganized to be running a business.

Edit - a terrible response, and not unexpected since you don't know how to run a company. See other posts farther down who also outline never getting called back. These guys are unorganized, and don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have much of a problem with that to be honest, it's just lawn care, but when you question MY integrity when I tell you the job was never done, we have a problem. You never came out to my property to see if the job was done (despite me calling and emailing on 3 separate occasions asking you to) - so I'm not questioning your integrity because you have no idea if the job was done. But I saw it with my own eyes, so you ARE questioning mine. To be honest, I've never been so offended by a business in my life, and seeing this reply just reminds me of how poorly I was treated and how angry it makes me. I paid that bill for a job you never did because I have integrity, and I didn't want you saying I owed you anything. You cashed it because you don't have any. My opinion stands - don't do business with this company unless you want to be stolen from like I was.

Bennett is the perfect lawn care company to service your home and/ or business. They are professional, friendly, and affordable! Customer service is an A plus ❤️ I was very happy with my results and look forward to hiring them, again!

Chad and his high speed low drag crew came out today and as a first time customer, I was thoroughly impressed with the job they did. They even came out when it was drizzling because we were in need of a cutting, so props to them on that. Again, excellent, excellent job to Chad and his crew. Very reasonable also for such a large property. Great job guys.

Chad treats his clients the old fashion way. He took care of my expensive landscaping for almost two years (we sold our house and relocated). He is the kind of owner who will share a cigar with you and always gives a positive attitude and sincere vibe. Good guy who is a gentle giant. Miss you Chad and hope to visit soon. Bennett Lawn Professionals are just that, professionals. I met owner Chad about 3 years ago when he was just getting busier with his business. I am a fellow business owner and we were at a networking event. Chad was asking questions about marketing and how to get new customers. I simply told him to continue to treat your customers with the utmost respect and always do the job to the best of your ability. I told him the rest of it will take care of itself. His work speaks for itself. He has a well trained staff and the leaves your yard magazine worthy. Give him a call and you want regret it.

I don't think about my yard. I leave it to the professionals. My lawn is serviced all summer long on automatic renewal. Each year prepped for each season. Done with love and care, the old fashioned way.

Lawrence Nunez' team is very responsible. He answered my phone calls in details & patience, and promptly, even in his vacation time. I would highly recommend his team.

They don't remove any yard debris from the Apartment Complex when they are here. Instead, they dump it right across from our apartment. The last time they were here on October 30, 2023, they destroyed a dish my wife had on our bistro table on the patio in front of our apartment. They did not leave so much as a note apologizing for blowing it off the table with a leaf blower. The dish was the last thing my wife had from her mother who passed in 2020.

Well, I don't know what could have happened in the three years since those three stellar reviews of old, but my experience with Lawrence started off on the wrong foot immediately! The negative attitude he came with was apparent with his pessimistic statements like, "...you can't plant anything around the tree unless you build a wall (Crazy!);...and, you can't remove it...it's the law (Crazy 2!); everything you mention is annual (no perennial alternatives given); you've got an erosion issue..." There was not a single comment to convince me he could (or even wanted to) help me! As a forewarning to possible other seekers of lawn services, I want to add that this Emerald Green was referred to me by another service, JOHN HURST OUTDOOR SERVICES, making the association suspect for me. Again, it's a shame that I can testify that the experience I had is a far, far cry from those noted in the Reviews I read, and I hope he checks himself for future prospects.

I've used other services before, but none compare to Lawrence Nunez and his team of professionals at Emerald Green Landscapes, LLC. They have consistently given us exceptional lawn care service for a couple of years, and they do it without needing very much direction from us. Its a wonderful feeling to come home and see a nicely manicured lawn after a long day. Having their service gives us time to stay focused on running our business and being with our family. I had the. pleasure of meeting John Hurst, owner of Outdoor Services at Super Suds car wash last week and asked him to do an estimate for some landscaping in my back yard. He was honest enough to inform me how busy he was and said he would refer me to someone who would take great care of me.
Lawrence Nunez, owner of Emerald Green Landscapings, came to my home precisely at the appointment time ( even a few minutes early) which I appreciated, especially on a Saturday morning! He was so knowledgeable about every question I asked and he taught me some home made tips to help keep my plants growing strong and beautiful. He listened and we were on the same page immediately discussing what I wanted done.
He even said he would meet me at any nursery after we get the river rock installed to assist me in choosing the plants I want, because I want ones that will be staggered to bloom all year. Not one other contractor has offered that service on top of the actual job. Pretty cool, huh?
I truly look forward to working with Lawrence and his crew because he's an honest, knowledgeable
and family oriented man that I have come to respect very quickly.
Anyone who cannot work with this man has a problem because not one time have I noticed a negative comment, only a courteous and professional attitude!
