Prolawns is an amazing company. Very professional people run it and I've never been disappointed in the work done at my house. I would highly recommend them to all who need help with really anything outdoors!

I called them on Monday, Feb. 12th. They came on Tuesday and did more than I realized needed to be done. I am very appreciative for their work, and will recommend them to anyone needing their skills. Thanks again!

Kyle at Prolawns was a pleasure to work with. He did the entire sod job at our Velosolutions pump track at Tom Brown park in Tallahassee, FL. His timing, and availability were on point. He also went the extra mile by sending me pictures, and videos of the track while I travel to the next build. His lawn tips are also very useful as well.

The only issues we had through the entire experience was my miscalculation of how much sod we would need so we went through a few quotes which got confusing but in the end, I was happy, the park was happy, and I would gladly use prolawns again.

I contacted them to get an estimate and go over some information. My life has become extremely busy lately and I forgot to get back with them and I also accidentally deleted their original quote. They send me an automative message asking me if I'm still looking. I reply respectfully that I had lost the original quote, or it was never sent, seeing as how it's not in my email. They take the time out of their day to prove me wrong by send me a picture that I opened it and proceed to yell at me for it. I naturally tell them I'm going somewhere else and they tell me that they're extremely busy and that I should. Anyone looking for lawn service, just keep in mind, they're extremely busy and can't help you.

I just moved into a new home a few months ago, and had a very bad experience with a technician installing cable service. I became very nervous, and cautious regarding anyone else coming to my home for any kind of service. Kyle has helped me begin to change my opinion!. He has been kind, and consciences with his work, and interactions with me. His work ethics are impeccable! It is heartwarming to find that there are young men "out there" who value family and hard work! I would recommend him 100%. And the lawn looks great!

Mike and his crew did an excellent job! They laid new sod for my front yard about a month ago. My yard looks beautiful thank you so much!

I've been using ProLawns for Lawn Maintenance as well as other services. They are dependable and do an excellent job. If something isn't done correctly, I know that a phone call is all that's needed to make it right.

Pro lawns did an excellent job cleaning up my yard after a recent storm. I had trees down and debris everywhere. They came out and removed the trees and cleaned the yard up. Thank you! Great job!

Prolawns is AMAZING. We have used them for a year and a half and couldn't be more please. They do our regular lawn maintenance and have also done larger landscaping projects for us. The owner Kyle is educated about the lawn business and is professional and prompt. Anytime we have a request or question he gets back to us quickly and is more than willing to meet with us and start our next project or answer questions.

We love "lawn" day because each time we come home the yard looks beautiful and new again.

My girl friends house was up for sale, and her previous land care person was unavailable to take care of the lawn before the house was being shown. I spoke with Kyle the night before, he was able to get there first thing in the morning, and she was very impressed with his work, the best it's ever looked. the Pro lawn team is extremely punctual and professional.

This has been a great lawn care business for my home. All service requests were handled promptly and professionally. They always did an amazing job with my lawn. If I hadn’t moved to North Carolina, I would have continued using their services for a very long time!

The office person, Lenny, if that's her real name seems to not be able to answer simple questions when a potential customer calls. When one ask to get a call back from owner, Mike Jones, there isn't a call back! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! This company isn't what it use to be with Charna and Kyle. As I see it this company has been going down hill and will likely continue if Lenny is still there! WILL NOT RECOMMEND PROLAWNS! Finally, I did receive a phone call from MIKE JONES, all he did was SCREAM for I told him I didn't need his services and how bad Lenny was! oh Mike did say he has over 500 customers in Tallahassee.....funny how I had received an email on May 24, 2024 stating that "Prolawns is taking new clients if you need lawn maintenancem sod installations, Cleanouts, any type of yard work to please call" And the email said they offer great prices and even a better service....lol lol
If one has over 500 clients why are they looking for more clients??? I bet IRS would like to audit the company!

I''m using ProLawns and the workers are very courteous and do a good job. They let you know by text before and after service. The best part is they provide you with a client portal to see your service schedule and you can pay on-line and it generates a receipt. I recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment two days prior to get an estimate. No one showed up. No one called. I called their office 30 minutes after appointment time to let them know no one showed up or called. The office person verified the appointment, and I was told they would notify the supervisor to have him call me. He never called. He never showed up. Maybe they do good work, but this speaks poorly about their dependability and professionalism.

I recently moved into a new house and hired ProLawns based on the referral of my realtor Cate from Manausa Real Estate to put mulch and perimeter guard around the garden boxes surrounding the edge of my house. I was told one price but then ended up having to pay a couple hundred dollars more due to a miscalculation. Furthermore, Mike told me that I would have five to six extra bags of mulch left over due to the miscalculation, but never saw them. I also had hired them to cut my lawn in November, but they never came out and still haven’t after almost three months. When I called and asked about it, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Overall, the company is dishonest, unprofessional, and does not do quality work for the prices they charge. I would not recommend ProLawns to anyone looking to have lawn and landscaping work done.

Very sImple to get a quick quote. Their online portal is neat & handy. Customer service also super friendly & helpful as well.

Mike at Pro Lawns came out to clean up storm debris on the same day I called! He also had his guys clean up all the limbs and debris from the yard! Excellent job! Highly Recommended!

I can not say enough about Mike but more importantly his crew. They did an AMAZING job on my backyard. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. His crew worked hard and finished even quicker than I thought. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their yards done.

The service started out good but the crew damaged the lawn in the backyard May 2023. I sent pictures, left messages no response to this date. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this lawn service.

Update: I work during the day and therefore is not likely to be home. You have both my cell number and house number and I have no record of calls from the company. You have my email address and no record of a response from you. I’m told you were very disrespectful to the woman from the agency that contacted you on my behalf. As a matter of fact, she reports that you were nasty. It was also reported that you now want to suggest that it’s been a year and there may have been other companies. Sir, Pro Lawns is the only company cutting my lawn until fall 2023.

Grass is beginning to grow back in the damaged area caused by your crew. Be gracious and let me know 1) how long will re-growth take and 2) what else can be done to restore that area?

ProLawns installed 1.8 pallets of St. Augustine sod in 5 different places in my yard. Mike and crew of about 7 arrived in 4 trucks. A sod cutter was used to remove old grass, weeds, etc., debris removed, area leveled, sod laid. Attention to detail noted. Eg. The soil was beveled along curbs, driveway, and walks so sod fit at right height. Sod cut-in around curves like storm drains, meter boxes, etc. was excellent with no gaps seen. Sod appeared healthy, firm, and thick. Mike said sod came from Espositos and I heard they got it from Werner Sod, Al. Very pleased with all aspects of job. I plan to have Prolawns cut my grass while I am away.
