Ms. Vicki was the sweetest soul ever. I came in looking for a plant for my boyfriend and I bumped into her and she helped me find the best! I know nothing about plants and she was so kind to tell me everything there is to know about watering and growth. She even helped me pick out a nice pot and raised it with the original potting it came in so I didn’t have to replant it! The best experience ever!! Thank you Ms. Vicki for making me look like the best gift giver 😊😊

I hired Mr. Ralph Esposito of Esposito Garden Center on September 20th, 2023 to build a very large retaining wall and install proper drainage in my backyard, which is slanted on a hill and some of it around a pool. My existing wooden wall had collapsed after an especially strong storm. I hired Esposito because of its reputation as a trusted company and the detailed plan that Ralph Esposito designed for the project. Because of its magnitude, it was very expensive. I paid Esposito over $60K and my contractor to install a gutter in my neighbor’s yard to help with drainage. Esposito worked on building the wall until late December 2023. At the beginning of 2024, after another serious storm, I was back where I began, with a dark dirty pool and unsolved drainage problems.

I hired a construction attorney to help mediate. I tried so many times to reach Ralph, who had been so gracious during the project, so large and complex that Esposito’s CEO Ms. Mary Kelly visited the site as it was being built. All that good vibe and will went away and my repeated requests for true completion of the job as per contract were met with band aid shotty work that not only structurally but also as far as optics left much to be desired from what one would expect a company like Esposito to submit as their final product. I wrote many emails, left messages in Ralph and his assistant’s mailboxes, and with my best and hopeful attitude asked for the project to be completed well as per contract repeatedly via my attorney, who managed to have only one call with Ralph in the months he spent mediating with his assistant. In July of 2024, my attorney finally submitted a formal Notice of Breach of Contract that gave Esposito one month to complete the work and submit all relevant materials to the project. My attorney and I never received even an acknowledgement of the formal Notice and the deadline passed without any action on Esposito’s part. They didn’t even have the courtesy of responding to my attorney, who clearly explained that I did not want to go to court but for them to complete the work promised in the contract. Ralph’s assistant was left with this job, at least indirectly acknowledging to my attorney that there were legitimate problems with the job that needed to be addressed. Cutting corners became their way of fixing them, and I eventually hired my contractor to complete the Esposito job to the tune of 20K. The final numbers for this project, including contractor and attorney fees, are dizzying.

There is no way that I could have done more to bridge the communication gap myself. Esposito ignored both me and my attorney, showing up twice for half an hour to not fix the problems mentioned in my attorney’s many communications. The workers sent to my property (I was home both times) did not have a clue about what they were doing or about the project as a whole. They were bandage workers sent to show that they were doing something, even though nothing to address requests for proper completion in our many communications. My attorney’s formal Notice of Breach of Contract was simply brushed aside and not taken seriously.

What I wanted from Esposito was good communication and results, none of which I got even after hiring an attorney to mediate. I am publishing this review online and on the Better Business Bureau site so that potential future customers know about my terrible experience when considering hiring Esposito for drainage work in their properties. Negative reviews like this one call for the respective business to respond and attempt to minimize the stain on their reputation. That ship has sailed. There is nothing Esposito can say to me now after more than a year of good will attempts to communicate and resolve an issue that only required good will and professionalism on their part. Reputations are maintained by proof of respect for customers, good works, and genuine attempts to respond to customer needs and grievances. A massive project like the one I embarked with Esposito deserved at least that much.

Great quality and quantity of garden needs to satisfy! I went at Christmas to purchase live greenery for our church in Georgia. Located everything, thanks to helpful staff.

Our sprinkler system had a leak that needed to be fixed quickly so we could use our yard for some upcoming events. Before other companies could even return my call, Esposito had the problem fixed - within 24hrs! Peter was fantastic to work with - he listened to the issue and expertly fixed the problem very quickly. This was a great experience - thank you.

Beautiful plants and gardening bits... plus an excellent team! I am on an extended visit as our family moved our mom into the amazing Villas at Killearn Lakes for memory care. I have reviewed the Villas separately. My Tallahassee-based sister and I wanted to add some potted plants and a bird feeder outside mom's window -- she said there's just one place to go: Esposito! What impressed me beyond the selection was how easy it was to get help in making the decision on pots and palms, and once we had, for a quite reasonable fee, the store manager Mary, and her Esposito Team took over on putting our selections together with the correct based of rock and two different layers of soil. The delivery team was prompt and so friendly -- thank you Juan and James. If you want gorgeous plants and top-notch service, Esposito is for you!

It is always a pleasure visiting 'Esposito Garden Center'. Even more so during Christmas time. Many unique items you can't find elsewhere. Great selection of items for stocking stuffers. Additionally, they have hundreds of unique Christmas tree ornaments. Will definitely return....

What an amazing place! I know zero about plants, gardening, etc. I went in looking for a "bottle brush tree" as a gift for my elderly mother. Brian outside helped us find the perfect one for her. Who knew there was more than one kind?
He told us exactly how to replant it, how to care for it. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly.
They have so many different things for both outside and inside of your home. I felt like I was walking through an enchanted wonderland both inside and out.
The only reason I didn't give all the stars in my review is that most of their items inside were quite pricey. But I guess one does pay a little more for quality and knowledge.
I can't wait to see my mom's face when her Bottle Brush is planted in her yard❤️

Hands down my favorite garden stop in florida. I will always stop here when I have the opportunity every garden need and plant you could ever dream of and then to top it off the coolest and fanciest boutique attached with all kinds of fun stuff to buy a shoppers dream.

There's so much to look at! I've been here numerous times and always enjoy it. Large selection of plants, gardening goods, and gifts. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Just a side note, they have an adorable cat that resides within the store/garden center. I got to pet it and it made my day 🥰

I was recently in town for my grandma’s 100th birthday and needed fresh flowers for her celebration. I called Esposito Garden Center on a Saturday morning and was immediately impressed—they answered right away, took the time to check what flowers were available in the back, and answered every question I had.

When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who asked if we needed help finding anything. I mentioned my earlier call, and they immediately guided us straight to the flower area. We found the perfect blooms and were even able to put together a custom arrangement exactly the way we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, even though this wasn’t technically their department.

I can’t recommend this store enough. In fact, I practically had to drag my wife out—she was ready to spend the rest of the day exploring all the plants, décor, tools, and everything else they offer. You could easily spend hours in this place. Outstanding service and an amazing selection!

So, I was on the way to pick my Mexican wife up from the airport and I think.. I need flowers and so I did a quick search for flowers in my area on the map. A review for espositos came up. So I immediately popped a u turn on cap cir - I was met with Linda and Amanda (which I want to say, thank you for service! 🇺🇸) They were great at giving me ideas for a bouquet to give my wife. Long time fan of in-store purchases. Now even more for delivery. Peter J, Peter T, Jon and Ron were a great team for smooth delivery and placement of a very heavy stone fountain. They were personable, professional and got everything working without leaving a trace. Grateful!

We visited Esposito's this afternoon in search of some fruit trees for our new home. We were cheerfully greeted by so many employees and felt so welcomed, it made our shopping experience a pleasure! There was one nice young man who met us in the tree area where the bare root trees reside. (I am sorry I don't recall his name). He was so knowledgeable about all things fruit trees... including planting, feeding, care and pollination. His knowledge and time spent with us is so appreciated. We ended up purchasing four beautiful little trees: an apple tree, a peach tree and two nectarine trees. The trees made it home safely and we are looking forward to planting them in their new home tomorrow. Wishing for lots of sunshine tomorrow. WE LOVE YOU ESPOSITO'S. Enjoyed my visit to this garden center. It appears to share space with a lifestyle/home décor business, which can be a bit confusing at first. The selection of outdoor plants is impressive: everything from shrubs and vines to trees and flowering plants. While prices are on the higher side, the staff’s expertise and friendliness help justify the cost. I especially love their exotic and seasonal plant offerings; the massive Thai Constellation monstera at the entrance alone is worth the visit. I can’t wait until they get their exotic bulbs in for spring planting.

Had a quick job done by them with trees very close to the home. They were here quickly and finished the job at quoted price. Heather even stopped by after the job was complete to check and make sure I was satisfied with the experience.

Absolutely outstanding! Allison is personally involved, and replanted plants that needed to be moved for equipment, and even watered them. The crew cleaned up the tree trash like it never existed. They were fast, efficient, and did four very difficult trees in an afternoon. The price was quite decent.
