A late night unexpected flooding of multiple rooms the day after Christmas was not on my holiday to do list, but thankfully I reached out to Extreme Carpet Cleaning-who actually do SO much more! I’ve talked to Ms.Teddi before as I arranged carpet cleaning, but on this night she was my angel. Near 11 in the evening she arranged for Bryson and Zach to come out after a full day of work. They were polite-and explained everything that they were doing. Ms. Teddi communicated with them throughout the experience-and was so caring towards what I was experiencing. Zach returned throughout the next two days to check on the moisture levels-Although Zach said he was newer to the company, he was a great representation of Extreme. Thank you Ms. Teddi, Bryson, and Zach!

We want to express our deep appreciation to Tim for the great job he did cleaning the carpets at our house. He showed up right on time and was very thorough and attentive to our needs. We recommend him highly and will call him again.

Tim did an amazing job, but in top of that was possibly the most pleasant, positive and genuine person I could have imagined or hoped for. I was having my dad's room cleaned after his passing and it could have been stressful, but this experience was exactly the opposite.
I would and will recommend using Extreme, and if you are lucky enough to have Tim as your technician then your day will be brighter for it.

I just got my carpet cleaned for the first time by this company. Tim is the associate that cleaned my carpet. He did a phenomenal job, and was very professional and polite! Tim was able to clean the nagging spots and trapped dust and dirt that I wasn't able to clean with routine vacuuming and carpet care. I'm a very happy customer!

The prices are great! James was my technician and he is awesome. He is the epitome of customer service. He called me before the appointment time because he was ahead of schedule to see if I wanted him to come earlier. We agreed on a time and when I got to the unit he ready to work. James was very pleasant and respectful. The carpet had a red stain and he told me upfront that it would not come out. Low and behold he was able to get it out. My landlord uses another company to service her units and mentioned removing the carpet after I vacated the premises. She was so impressed with the carpet she plans to keep it. It looked better than when it was installed a year ago. James is the best!

Extreme Carpet Care & Restoration did an amazing job on our garage floor! Great customer service (Brady) ! We had the regular concrete paint that looked ok. Now our garage floor looks so good we hate to park our cars on it. Ty again for making our garbage look like an additional room ! These pics really do not do justice !!

These are the circumstances you will be left in / as far as they will get if you hire them to encapsulate your crawlspace. Jason Black, Owner, does not believe he should have to refund my deposit while I scramble to get a legitimate company in here to do this right all of whom say his work is not recoverable and completely starting over is the only option. I had a licensed home inspector look who said the same. The untrained guy that did the work did come today and rip all the tarps out and I am back to square one now minus Jason doesn't want to burden himself by refunding my money after creating this disaster. Stick to one thing you are good at and be honest with your customers.

EDIT 12.11.24. Be sure to look at the photos I posted. then decided if you want to listen this guys BS or make the right decision and steer clear. Have had about 3 other companies weigh in and agree. RUN!!!!!!

What an OUTSTANDING JOB Tim did with my sofa and two living room chairs! He also cleaned up my dining chairs! They look impeccable! I highly recommend Extreme! This is the second time I’ve called them, and they never disappoint! This time, EXTREME went BEYOND and ABOVE my expectations!

Terrible business with awful customer service! Took them over a month to do ONE bedroom to clean carpet and replace padding - there were two stains that had never been touched and an unopened roll of padding left in my living room, which they charged me for. I had two companies come out after and say extreme didn’t do anything they said they did; just look how they ‘installed’ my carpet! It looks terrible and unfinished but they kept charging me and ignoring my calls; now they say it’s too late to dispute anything. This is how they left my place and have put a lien on my property. Not to mention I didn’t have power inside my property and they used my toilet, needless to say it did not flush down. This company is awful, don’t waste your time; unless you like using a lawyer!
