I’m a cancer patient and currently recovering from my second major cancer surgery in less than a year. A friend told me about “cleaning with a purpose”. This program offers 2 free home cleaning sessions for cancer patients. I signed up for the program and within a few days received a phone call from Die Hard Cleaning. A time and day was agreed on and I had the privilege of meeting Tonya. She was the woman Die Hard sent to clean my home. I was so glad to see her and it just got better from there! Tonya walked in and assured me that she was there to make things better. I really just wanted her to vacuum up the incredible amount of cat hair that was everywhere and clean the two bathrooms. She worked fast and didn’t miss anything. Sometimes she even sang while she worked. She completed everything I asked of her, then proceeded to do other things that she noticed had been neglected. She accomplished all of this with a smile on her face. My house had been driving me crazy because I could see how dirty it was, but I was much too weak to do anything about it. I felt like I had been rescued! Tonya was sent to my house again after a couple of weeks and again, worked her magic. I want to thank the good people at Die Hard Cleaning for the wonderful difference they made in my life. I’m stronger now and I’ll soon be able to keep my home in reasonable condition myself. I’m thankful that I’m feeling better and I’m thankful to Die Hard Cleaning for giving me, my husband and my cat, a clean and great smelling home to live in while I worked to get back on my feet. When you can’t do much more than stare at the walls, a clean environment can do wonders for your mental health. They lifted my spirits more than I can say! Thank you to Tonya and Die Hard Cleaners.

First time customer that was truly impressed from the first time the owner came to my house to walk through and discuss her approach to my needs. This lady was incredible, the first time ‘deep cleaning’ was off the charts positive and I am happy to have found this firm for my housekeeping needs after losing my cleaning person who was with me for 10 years.

I highly recommend Caitlyn and her team if you’re looking for a thorough and professional house cleaning service. Caitlyn does a great job explaining prices and policies up front and then does a walk-through to confirm. The team she sent (Tonya and Marie) did a fabulous job cleaning my sister’s apartment. She has disabilities and has a hard time with deep cleaning, but the Die Hard Cleaning staff did a great job taking care of her place. We will definitely continue to use them for biweekly maintenance cleaning as well to keep things nice and tidy. Thank you, Caitlyn, Tonya, and Marie!!

First, Caitlyn is professional, respectful and friendly. We had a great first meeting where she surveyed our home and we discussed our goals for a “top-down” cleaning. We’re tidy folks, but there are some tasks and areas that recently had been neglected.
Die Hard Cleaning to the rescue! Tonya and Hannah arrived Tuesday afternoon and went straight to work. The kitchen sparkled! There is normal wear and tear in there, but Tonya made it shine. :-) Throughout the house blinds, ceiling fans and baseboards were cleaned, furniture and framed pictures were well dusted and cleaned. Even my office/craft room was easily tackled by Hannah (who was not daunted by all my STUFF!). Our one small bathroom was freshened, cleaned and sanitized. All our floors were vacuumed then mopped. I absolutely love walking barefoot on clean hardwood floors. We’re so pleased and grateful. We’re looking forward to scheduling monthly maintenance cleanings for as long as possible. Kudos to Caitlyn, Tonya and Hannah!! Thank you!!

We had a team of 3 wonderful people come to deep clean the inside of our home from top to bottom. They did a great job and we will be using their services again!

Would give more stars if possible. The entire process was professional, quick, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable for the quality of work.

Contacted the owner, Caitlyn, with a unique move out cleaning with some additional considerations. She showed up to scope it out, was courteous, understanding, and laid out the exact expectations and what was and was not possible. Luckily for me, her team are superstars and it was well and truly surprising the difference before and after the cleaning. It didn't feel like it had been cleaned, it felt like it had been renovated. At this point, I'm just not going to use any other vendor as long as I'm in town.

Kaitlyn and her team are exceptional to work with. During our walk through before our deep clean, I was impressed with her note taking, questions, and the amount of time we spent going room to room. As a bonus, she immediately wanted to meet our pups and that is an important element to our family. After the deep clean, Kaitlyn called us right away to follow up and ask if anything was missed or needed attention. I didn’t expect this level of care and I highly recommend Die Hard Cleaning!

Excessively high pricing and deceptive practices. The owner explained that the initial cleaning would be expensive (around $500), but that ongoing monthly cleanings would be approximately $190. I agreed to and completed the initial cleaning. However, when I called to schedule the regular monthly service, I was quoted $360 instead of the $190 originally stated. This was very misleading. I do not recommend this service.

The cleaning was fantastic! Kayla's friendly professionalism made the whole experience so enjoyable. She arrived right on time, worked quickly, and really respected my space while making everything look so organized and lovely.

I felt like my house had been a disaster zone lately and sought out options to get help. All my communication with Die Hard Cleaning when I was seeking quotes so professional, thorough, and very clear. That in addition to a reference was what led me to selecting them. And the result was even better than I could have imagined. The team of ladies that came for my deep cleaning were so friendly and such hard workers. They were singleminded in cleaning our house. Two of my friends highly recommended the Die Hard Cleaning Service, LLC, to me. I finally called, speaking with the owner, Caitlin, and set a day for her cleaning techs to come. It took me 4 days to clear off surfaces, organize toys for my grandchildren, and expose the baseboards, among other things. That’s why I had been putting it off for so long - I knew I had lots of work to do before anyone could do a deep cleaning! We have lived in this house for 33 years. I’m pretty sure that some of the baseboards hadn’t seen daylight since 1990! The 3 wonderful women who came and rescued my house - Tonya, TR & Brenda - were absolutely amazing!
