Absolutely the best cleaning service I've experienced, after trying several well-known names, and a few sole proprietors. Both Shelby and Nicole were a joy to work with and both blue and yellow teams came to my house for several months. Every single time, the house gleamed and smelled wonderful. They reached spots in my home I never knew needed cleaning. I would recommend The Maids to anyone, and have done so with family members in the Tallahassee area. I plan to use only The Maids whenever I have routine cleaning needs, or for those times when I need extra help around the holidays. Best service!

The Maids are excellent. I've searched quite awhile for good housecleaners.
They are friendly, capable. Usually the Green Team comes. It's not always the same people, but at least one of them knows my routine. They always ask me to examine their work when they have finished. I'm keeping them.

The Maids were very professional, friendly, fast, and extremely thorough! We could not have been happier with the work they completed for us. Whether you are doing spring cleaning or trying to get ready to host a party, these folks can really save the day! We highly recommend them! Also, we had team 5 come to our house. We will request them again in the future!

This company was so fast and amazing! I called them on a Sunday night for a 3 bathroom clean and they were in my house the next day (Monday)! Amazing customer service and results. The RED TEAM (Kechia, Liz, and Amber) outdid themselves by doing exactly what I was hoping for and more, so quickly making the price great and results way better than I could have every tried myself. Highly recommend!

The Maid’s Red Team (Faith, Carolyn, and Kayla) has done an amazing job cleaning our house. As the parents of a toddler, 2 dogs and a cat, they have been great at helping us maintain our house. They have gone above and beyond to clean tough areas.

I have been using The Maids for a while now and I cannot say enough great things about Faith and the rest of the team Carolyn, April, and Zoe. I work from home and have a very demanding job, a very crazy dog, and at least one room is completely inaccessible every time they come. And yet, they are so professional and polite every single time. They always ask if there is anything specific they would like for us to clean in addition to our usual request. They always have shown up in the time frame texted the day before and they have been so easy to work with. There is nothing more relieving and satisfying than walking out into your pristine clean home after an exhausting long day.

I will definitely be using the services of The Maids again! The Maids staff demonstrated their professionalism and conscientious work effort from our very first phone call and site visit! Excellent service was provided by the office staff and management throughout the process of setting up the initial cleaning and lining up future ones.

The Blue Team were prompt and arrived with smiles and loads of energy! Before beginning, they first checked to see if I had any additional cleaning concerns than what I had already expressed to Nicole, their supervisor. Then they tackled my home and gave it a thorough deep clean. The depth and quality of the cleaning was impressive! It was also very nice to have Nicole come by and check to ensure the house was cleaned to my satisfaction and met their company standards! The green team for The Maids does a phenomenal job. Not only does my kitchen literally sparkle after they leave, I’ve never seen my baseboards so clean. With two black dogs and a cat, fur is a real problem in our house. But one that the Maids are prepared and willing to tackle. Thank you!!

I recently had Adrietia Dee and Alexus clean my apartment, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! From start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and extremely thorough. Every corner of my place was spotless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized and fresh. Not only did they do a deep clean, but they also paid attention to the little details that made a big difference like neatly arranging items and leaving a refreshing scent throughout the space.

I had Team #3 for deep cleaning this week in preparation for a wedding. They always do a good job and for this they took special care to clean every small place you might not check every week. Baseboards, blinds, tops of pictures and tall furniture, underneath furniture. They didn’t miss a spot! Trinity, the team leader checked with me for every detail. Dot and me have had the pleasure of having the Green Team come to our house for the past several years and could not be happier with their professionalism and big smiles. Our dog Buttercup recognizes their car when it starts down the driveway and starts barking and spinning in anticipation of their arrival. She loves the girls as much as we do.
