If you need the best in class call Main Cleaning Solutions! As good as it gets! I tried to clean it myself and did not clean or dry it properly. Leave this work to the pros….and Jay is a PRO! I thought my rug needed to go in the trash and now it looks brand new. Amazing….can I give 6 stars ?

Jay and his team were top notch, not only did they get us scheduled easily and when we needed it by, but the team member showed up early, was professional and they ended up doing a fantastic job, even getting some stains in the carpet out that I though would never come out.. Will be using them again in the future.. Highly recommend that you give them a call when you need their services!

Daniel with Main is SO GREAT! He has been helping me on several occasions to get rid of pet stains from my 2 new puppies and he is always on time and courteous.
He knows his stuff! Always prompt with the service and does a fantastic job explaining his process. He even did a test spot on my kitchen tile to show me what other services they could offer because he knows I have a house keeper but my tile just won't come clean. If you're looking at your tile wondering if it's coming clean enough when you mop, I promise it does not!

Jay with Main is very responsive as well for scheduling and always so kind to chat with.

Y’all ! Is it just me or is it super satisfying seeing lines in your carpets ? We may have forgotten that we scheduled an appointment(that was on us) but Main Cleaning Solutions didn’t even bat an eye. They waited for me to get home & were super gracious! I am a US Army Veteran. I have a 5'x8' rug from Iraq that I acquired in 2010. Dean (an employee) is my neighbor. Very nice and professional. He ensured my rug was properly and professionally handled. Upon return, he laid it out for me. Even my dog appreciates the quality of service provided.

Excellent cleaning service. Daniel, was very professional, fast and efficient. Our carpet and area rug look brand new. We was given proper drying and maintenance instructions. Will be the only carpet cleaning company we use from now on.

I’ve used them four or five times and I absolutely love them. I had a diabetic dog and four kids spilling juice and Lord knows what else and dog pee and all over the carpet but it looked terrible every time they come. It looks brand new.

Daniel did a spectacular job this morning cleaning the carpet of an apartment I am moving out of. After he finished, it looked far better than it did when I moved in, and smelled fresh and clean as well. He was also very personable and totally professional. Great! The owner always answers and his workers are always on time, professional and friendly at the same time! Prices are the most reasonable in Tallahassee and he gets the job done. It’s hard to find good services for your home but Main Cleaning is the best.

We have used Main Cleaning Solutions twice now, and both times the service has been top notch. They truly are the best in town! Aside from the quality of the work (my 12 year old sectional really looks brand new!), they are communicative, punctual, prompt and incredibly reasonably priced.

As a busy working mom with a husband who travels frequently, trying to schedule in-home appointments requires lots of juggling to make sure someone is home during the day. Dean was pulling into our driveway 1 minute before our scheduled appointment, and when I asked him to estimate how long the service would take, he nailed it down to almost the minute. It seems like a small thing, but it is so greatly noticed and appreciated!

Main cleaning solutions is the best in the business. They are very prompt and very professional. Some before and after photos for you to see. Dean specifically was very easy to work with and was very respectful of our property! I refer everyone to main clean solutions!

Writing this a year later, but it was important that I write this review. If you’re in between them and another company, go with them because their service and work product is exceptional. A tech (Dean) came to my place to clean an area rug. I felt the rug could’ve been more clean, but it was clean enough for me to not mention it directly. Without me directly saying so—the tech saw that I was not completely happy with the cleaning and let their team know. The owner (Jay) personally called me and let me know if I wasn’t happy with the first cleaning, he would come pick up the large rug from my place and clean it at their location then bring it back—all for free. The owner picked up the rug when he said he would and returned it when he said he would—it was a pretty quick turnaround too. To me, that is going the extra mile to make sure your customer is happy with the service and work product. When the owner brought it back, the rug looked amazing, and it still looks good today. Having good staff to read the room on customer satisfaction and take initiative to report it, paired with owners/teams who go the extra mile by following up and delivering on their word—that is the cornerstone of good customer service! Daniel provided the BEST Upholstry Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and Marble Steaming I have ever experienced and highly recommend Daniel. Daniel’s unbelievable in-depth knowledge of all types of carpet fibers and their specific cleaning application, which expanded into all types of marble and granites.
