The tech showed up on time. He was in a company vehicle and a clean uniform identifying who he works for. He was polite and knowledgeable. I gave him 5 stars. He gave us information about his brand and recommended. He also was honest when we asked questions.

I want to start by saying that if you are in need of A/C or Heating services that Locke’s Air Conditioning are “THE” people to call. After the work they have done for me and how helpful it was to me that they were able to handle my unique situation they will always be my first/only call for anything A/C & Heating.

I am on a limited budget and unfortunately the house I moved into has a very old unit (see photo lol) that has sat basically non operational for nearly 8 years. Due to funds, trying to replace the unit was not possible for me but the team at Locke’s did not shy away. They were very understanding and after a little diagnosing they were able to make some repairs and bring my old unit back to life and it now operates as if it were new. The amount of knowledge they have, the respectful and professional service, plus the overall quality of the work they do is unmatched and unrivaled. Locke’s Air conditioning has earned a lifetime customer from me! Thank you so much!!

The team is extremely professional and prompt. They did what they could to help us fix our ancient ac system. They were very clear and transparent with what was wrong.
In the end we had to replace our system. They gave us system options and financing options. Grateful to them and their work.
