Austen and his team at Noble Air Solutions are wonderful. My service technician Chris did a fantastic job servicing my unit a few weeks ago. They are quick to respond and always make an effort to get out to my house as quickly as possible. Service is 10 out of 10.

Sam is the best representative and expert person I worked with. So friendly, and understands.

Noble Air Solutions is an amazing company! They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable! Austen Bentz is very kind and had someone out as soon as possible. Exceptional service! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were unmatched. My A/C has been struggling to keep up with the summer heat, but the Noble team came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it running right away. Both the owner (Austen) and the service technician (Sam) were communicative,, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. They truly care about their customers needs and I'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs. Highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

We are neighbors of Sam Richardson and he is quick to offer his talents anytime we need help with heavy lifting around our home. He has helped us with our dehumidifier on numerous occasions and with our air con unit when he worked for a different company. We will be calling on Noble Air Solutions for future needs because of Sam working there. Last year after the hurricanes Sam arrived at church one Sunday and discovered that although the power was back on, the a/c wasn’t working. He immediately volunteered to address the problem. That’s the kind of person he is…always anxious to help someone. Sam is a great neighbor to have!

Sam was great to work with and knowledgeable and friendly. Jaiden from the office notified me if there were any delays and rescheduled easily. I recommend this business!

Sam arrived promptly at the time I was told to expect him. He began work immediately and within a short time he diagnosed the problem and repaired our AC. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will use them again for all our HVAC needs.

I had such a great experience with Noble Air Solutions and highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair or HVAC service. My air conditioner stopped working during a heatwave, and they got someone out to my house the same day. The technician was professional, friendly, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within the hour.
What impressed me most was how fair and transparent their pricing was—no hidden fees or upselling, just honest work and great customer care. It’s clear they truly value their customers.

Recently had one of our unit units replaced. I cannot say enough about Noble Air Solutions and their professionalism. We were updated constantly on timelines and Sam was quick to get us up and cooling until they could install the new unit.
In a time where mediocrity is the norm, Austen and his crew have taken customer service to a new level. Great job and would highly recommend.

I had the lead technician Sam out to my house to discuss repairs on our hvac system. The professionalism and knowledge that he had led to us going over every detail how he was going to fix our system was outstanding. As a local contractor I would gladly recommend him and Noble Air for anything!
