Lowes, please explain to me why there are literally 7-8 employees just hanging out around the self check out area at 3:10 pm on a Wednesday, and I'm checking myself out. Yes, I went to the regular checkout first and they were busy. Ps. I asked an employees if there were replacement lock cylinders available for a deadbolt and he didn't come help me look he just said the only ones he knew of weren't for deadbolts. And said he was "glad he wasn't crazy." After I told him I looked briefly and didn't see them either. Yet, you have them listed as available for pickup on your website..

It was clean, just need more employees.

Usually can find what I am looking for. Shelves are stocked and food is rotated
-
Limited flowers selection...garden center gates were locked once again...I went down the street to Homedepot

I've read the writing on the wall in this place and it says " ya , I work here, but I don't care about nofin". Go to home Depot like everyone else.

Whoever is in charge obviously knows little about plants. MANY MANY needed watering! And culling for bugs. Plus the mark down rack had no prices. A new garden center supervisor is desperately needed.

I had a really bad experience at the other Lowe’s on NE Capital Cr and after not finding what I wanted at HD, went to this Lowe’s. The associate was quick, personable and saved me money. He even helped me load my new table in my truck. Thank you for a great job.

Went in for a plant as a housewarming gift. Dear Lord if it's not dying it's dead out of bloom I know it's summer but even houseplants inside the store are dead and dying. And let's talk a little about pots stored outside in the weather The cardboard boxes literally falling apart had a box with pots inside coming down in front of me while walking the isles looking for an orchid pot

Beautiful plants and flowers this time of year.
-
Helpful staff, good gardening selection. Tools are usually a little less expensive here than elsewhere in town.

Home Depot had the artificial Christmas tree they had listed on their website. Lowe's did not. Lowe's is falling behind!

After a disappointing visit (putting it mildly) to their big box home improvement competitor down the street earlier today, I stopped by Home Depot to look for an item I couldn't find at my previous stop. Once inside, I made my way to the electrical section and began looking. After a few minutes without success, I began wandering around when a staff member walked up and offered assistance in a very friendly manner. This was a refreshing change from the shabby treatment from their competitors staff. I got what I needed one the staff member went looking for help. Many thanks to the guys on the electrical section! You made my day!
