William has been great to work with, very accommodating, Today I called him to tell him something came up and I wasn’t going to make our scheduled appointment and he rearranged his schedule to come earlier. He’s always very pleasant and eager to get the job done. not only that, but it was William, who was able to troubleshoot why I wasn’t receiving the service I was Initially set up for with Florida pest control. As my problem is roaches, and for some reason, I had been put into the system as mosquito maintenance.. Now that Williams on the case, I believe he will be back in 10 days and we will finally get these roaches under control!! Thank you, William!! If you can request any service provider, I suggest you request William
